When you want to figure something out, the fact of the matter is someone else already has. That's the mastermind effect. Intellectual curiosity is saying, how do I find somebody who's already done what I'm trying to do and learn from them? And then I could start on third base and make it my own and make it better. You're okay at sales? Find someone who's the best on the planet in sales and just model what they do and then get better.
