You have a mentor with me, I want to be as best I can, but I know we don't get to meet in person. So find somebody playing the game at the highest level possible in the field that you want to and offer your services, offer to help them. How do you find the right mentor? How do you find the right mentor? Hello. You found one. All right. So I tell my kids, if they're going to go to college, that's fine. Truthfully, I'd rather them not. I don't care about college unless they want to be doctors or scientists or lawyers, and that then they need it. But if they want to be an entrepreneur, which I hope they. At least one of them will, I'd rather not go to college. I feel like it's a waste of five years. That's just my. You can. Some of you might get offended by that, but I think college has just gone in the wrong direction. I see these kids getting out of college with $100,000 in debt, and they learn how to memorize shit, and they come for job applications, and I hire in the last. I don't know. And it's not everybody. I got some great people that went to college, too, but based on values and hunger, I think there's so much more. But my whole point is I don't want my kids to be someone who doesn't go to college and sits around and hopes to get a job. No, no, no, no. I told my kids they have two options. College or they have to research. They take a gap year and research what. I go and work in different places to find out what they like, what they could be passionate about, what inspires them. And then once they figure that out, they have a year to figure that out. Then they have to go search out the best person in that field. They want to be an architect. Find the best architect on the planet. Want to be an engineer. You want to be. You know, maybe that takes schooling, but you want to be. You want to be in fashion design? Go find somebody amazing, and you have to work for them for free for at least a year. And then the second year, if you need to do it a second year and find a mentor, someone they can kick ass for and learn from, somebody already playing the game at the highest level possible. So you have a mentor. With me, I want to be as best I can, but I know we don't get to meet in person, so. So find somebody playing the game at the highest level possible in the field that you want to and offer your services, offer to help them. Don't ask for a job offer to help them and see if you can find a mentor. I know we have some great people here in my office that could go other places and make more money, but they're here because they know I'm mentoring them and their future is set. And eventually they'll make more money here than anyplace else. So I look for great people who want to be mentored. They and most successful people do. So make an impression, help them, and they'll give you the opportunity to help with that.
