Honor what lights up your partner. This could be a business partner. It could be the closest relationship in your life or an intimate partner. And sometimes over time, we get a little dull and we forget the thing that you loved lighting them up about when you first got into a relationship. You loved bringing it up. You loved sharing about it. And now sometimes we can say, hey, why isn't that done? Or how come we didn't get this? Or weren't we supposed to have that? And we forget that we could say those things in between lighting up your partner for the things that actually lights them up. And if it's different than what lights you up, even better, because then maybe you could see through their lens and why it's so important to them.
