Hey guys, it's Dean. Welcome to the weekly blog. I'm standing outside the Vista Room, which is actually in Paradise Valley, Arizona. We're having a VIP brainstorm. Some of our students in the other room. I got Matt Larson and all kinds of great people in there. We're just talking about how we could take our business to the next level, how we can make more money in real estate. And it's pretty awesome. First time I ever did. It's a two day brainstorm. In fact, maybe at the end of this, I'll run inside, you can say hi to everybody. It's small, intimate, about 12, 13 people. But hey, here's what I want to tell you. This is really important. I just spent the last three days with Matt Larson, one of our top students. If you don't know who he is, you should check him out on this side. He was a machine shop worker five years ago, you know, making, making next to nothing, working 70 hours a week with a lot of anxiety. He's retired now. He's actually one of our trainers. He's a millionaire. He's got tens of thousands of dollars a month coming in every single month, all from real estate, all doing the things that we share with you. Well, here's the thing. Matt has created such a system, working with our techniques and taking it to the next level to find amazing deals in certain cities that fit a criteria that we've been putting together. So what I did is when Matt shared this with me and I bought some deals with him, we went and looked at them the last three days. We took a plane and we were in Kansas City, we were in Missouri, we were in Illinois, we were in Iowa. And we pinpointed some of the best places on the planet right now to buy property. So what we're doing is, we're doing a couple things because you guys asked. This is really important. I want you to listen. It's not for everybody, but it's for some people. Since we know where to buy, how to buy them cheaper. I want to start buying properties using Matt to help me to be able to pass those great deals on to you. That cash flow that are ready to rent or already rented that are way below fair market value. I met with five banks to find one bank that wants to finance my students putting together private funding money of my own in my team to help my students. We're taking this to a whole new level. It's time to explode what we do and what you do. And I'm really excited. I just stepped outside from the brainstorm. Because I wanted to share this with you and I wanted you to be ready. We're probably only weeks away from having a deal of the week or many deals that will show you how to cash flow.
