Hi, this is Dean. Welcome back to the weekly blog. I'm sitting here in my backyard. Pretty amazing backyard, isn't it? I just got done filming a new show back here. I'm not one of those on TV gurus that rent a house for a weekend so they could film a show and then read somebody's script. I haven't used scripts in years. This is my house. I own it. Just moved in recently and I'm so proud to be here. It's a monster house. I feel blessed to be here. But. But I don't say that to brag. I say that because I was lucky enough to stumble into the last down market 20 years ago when I was a broke kid in special reading. Until 11th grade, no, money and real estate propelled me to be a millionaire in my 20s from real estate, not from selling books. I was a multi millionaire in my 30s from real estate, not from selling books. And if a broke kid who lived in a trailer park when he was young, who didn't go past high schools and special reading can do it, why can't you? Don't you dare let anybody talk you out of your dreams. Listen, I walk around this house and I'm just amazed that I actually live here. And if it wasn't for real estate, it never would have happened. And I hope I could do everything in my power to share my techniques, my wisdom, my confidence that I can project onto you and direction for you to live the life you deserve and you dream about.
