Even better is the wonderful human beings on this site who've had success and want to share it. This site is people helping people on the greatest level possible. Okay, I got a lot of your responses last week. I threw a little clip in from the live event, and some of you said it was too short. I'm sorry, but I try not to make these blogs too long. Sometimes just enough to inspire. So I'm going to include today another great clip. We'll try to make it long enough so you can get some wisdom out of it. But I want to let you know, my team and I are working right now and create a way where every single person watching this, we'll have the ability to get that incredible live event that we have basically in a box. And we're going through the footage right now. You know, when I live the experience and the people who are there watching this know what I'm saying is true. When I lived it and was in it, I thought it was unbelievable. Like, I knew we created something special. But I want to tell everybody watching, even the one, even those of you who came to the event, it gets more magical when you watch it. As a third party, we really put on something amazing. I couldn't have done it without the people who showed up and and contributed. It was a wonderful time, and soon everybody will have the opportunity to watch it. So watch this incredible clip, pick up some new wisdom, and I'll see you next week.
When really it gets down to it, you're really helping people. And if you ever think you're doing anything else besides helping people, then you're wrong. Because you're not going out here stealing some old lady's house. You know, you're helping this person not go into foreclosure or has a debt that they don't want another particular deal. I done. The guy had a house. It was free and clear. An older guy owned the house. He rented it for years. Had a bad experience with renting. Couldn't get his money on it. He was just fed up with the whole situation. I got that through a flyer, by the way, and he called me one day, said he had a house he'd like to sell. And I said, all right. So we got to talking, and he said, well, what are you asking for that? And he said, 45,000. And this was over the phone. So first thing I did is, I didn't say nothing. Silence is golden sometimes. Remember that. Because when you're negotiating, sometimes just a blank stare or just silence can get you a lot. Because when he said, I want 45,000, I'm not going to take a penny less, all I did on the phone was just sit there for about 30 seconds. I didn't say a word. He said, well, I might take a little less. I might could go 42, 5, but I'm not going a penny less. I'm just not doing a penny less. And I sat there a few more seconds. He said, you know, I need to sell that thing. I tell you what, we might could do 40. That's it. I said, well, I'll tell you what, dude, before we go any further, let me come out and look at the house. So I went out and done my due diligence and looked at the house, and it had a little tiny crack in the back foundation. So anyway, make a long story short, I bought the house for $25,000, you know.
