Dean Graziosi hosts a weekly video blog in which he recounts a recent five-day trip to Necker Island with Sir Richard Branson where he and fellow businessmen raised nearly half a million dollars for Branson's charity, Virgin Unite. Dean emphasizes community support, explains that a portion of his book sales goes to the charity, and encourages viewers to use the site's resources (books, coaching, Real Estate Success Academy) to pursue real estate and personal growth. The video closes with testimonial clips from attendees who describe concrete takeaways from a live event (networking, focused action steps, and practical real-estate strategies like probates and purchasing notes).

Hey, everybody. Welcome back to the weekly blog. I'm Dean Graziosi, first time joining us. So glad to have you here. Sorry I'm dressed so casual, but you get me. However I show up for work that day, that's how you get me. First of all, when you're watching this, I want to say I hope you had a wonderful holiday with you and your family. I hope that you're ready for an incredible summer. You know, if you're struggling right now, let's do everything we can with the tools on this site and my books and our coaching programs and whatever we can do to get you inspired you to take action. Now, last week, I missed the blog and we put a post up of the live event. I missed it because I was traveling. In fact, I was on Necker island, if you've never heard of it. It's a private island owned by Sir Richard Branson. And Richard Branson owns Virgin Records, Virgin Airlines, Virgin Trains, Virgin Mobile, Virgin everything. He's the crazy billionaire. They call him the freelance billionaire, the guy that goes against the grain. And I got to spend a week with him, actually five days. But the reason I'm telling you is not to brag. And if it sounds like an amazing place, it's 10 times better than I could even explain. But I want to tell you while we were there, because me and another group of businessmen got together and raised almost a half a million dollars and handed him a check to go to his charity called Virgin Unite. And what I love about Virgin Unite is that he pays all the expenses and all the bills. So 100% of the money that we handed him goes to homeless kids in America, goes to kids in Africa who need it. It goes for medicines needed, building schools in Africa, and so many awesome things. It's an incredible, incredible program. Richard Branson set up something great. He pays all the bills out of his pocket, so all the money goes to people and children that need it. And why do I share that with you? Because I wouldn't be in the position I'm in if it wasn't from the support that I have from people like you. I'm not sure if you know, but every single book that I sell, a portion of that goes to Virgin Unite to help those same exact causes. And it's people helping people. And isn't that what this site is all about? Aren't you on this site right now going, oh, my God, look at the people on this site that are willing to give a part of them to spend the time to answer questions from strangers. And that's really what it's all about in life is helping others. And the byproduct will be all the wealth and riches you could ever imagine. I really, really feel proud of this site. I'm proud of everybody on here sharing. I hope this site never stops the momentum. You know, it's getting bigger every single month. I don't know if you guys see it, but it is just compounding and compounding thanks to you. So grab all the wisdom you can off this site. Grab the wisdom out of my books, get involved in our coaching program, our real Estate Success Academy. Whatever it takes. Get your part of your American dream and this is the greatest time in history to do it. I'm going to end with some comments of people that were at the live event and remember real soon you're going to see how you can get that live event and be able to take it right into your home and watch the amazing wisdom that has helped change so many people's lives. See you next week.
Dean's event has been absolutely amazing. I have met a hundred people that I never thought I would get to make contacts in all kinds of different states and just the fact that we've been here for three days and we haven't been sold anything. We've just been educated and inspired. So it's been fabulous.
My biggest takeaway that I've gotten from this event is narrowing down where I'm going to go tomorrow, what I'm going to start doing as opposed to having a super broad spectrum of things. I know exactly what I'm going to do and how I'm going to get there and how I'm going to make money with real estate today and also how I'm going to make money in real estate 10 years from now.
Anybody else?
I think what I really got out of today was there was a lot of good content and information that I learned from probates to purchasing notes to everything that was really presented. And what I really liked was the structure that you walked us through, how to start to resources that are available. Because what's disappointing to me sometimes you get information but you leave thinking, well, how do I do that? So not only am I leaving knowing exactly what I want to do in the exact steps, but I felt it opened up even more brain cells to say I'm going to take what I learned and I'm going to build on that and I'm going to do all these other things based on what was presented today. So it was very eye opening for me. Today. Just want to say thank you.
