Hi, this is Dean Graziosi. Welcome back to the weekly blog. Hey. First of all, I want to tell everybody thank you so much for the support and the emails and the posts you did on last week's blog. I will never, ever be afraid to share what's going on in my mind on a weekly basis. If you're new to this site, congratulations. You have so much wisdom, capability, direction, confidence and everything you need to be successful right at this site, right in my books, or being a part of my real estate success academy. And hey, Rena, I'm glad you're back. If you're new to this site, Rena is one of our best posters helping so many people. And I guess your computer crashed and everybody got nervous. In fact, I had my assistant email you to make sure you were okay because I hadn't seen any new posts from you. So welcome back and thanks for all you do. Hey, I want to talk about something real amazing right now. Listen, I've been telling you for about 18 months, it's the greatest time to make money in real estate. We're in a down market. If you use the right strategies, you can make money. You don't need money, you don't need credit. You need the techniques that we share with you or being a part of our real estate success academy. And you need more than anything is to take action. But here's what I want to tell you. Where we are right this moment, I truly believe we are at the bottom, bottom, bottom of the real estate market. We're going to bounce here for a while. We're not heading straight back up, but we are at the bottom. So that means I believe you have a 12 to 18 month window where prices are absolutely insane. But here is the most amazing part. The economy is starting to turn now, even if it's just in the mind of Americans, in the minds of Americans that it's turning. That's what starts things to start to change. Okay? Perception becomes reality and they follow each other. So here's the amazing part. Our economy is going to start slowly trickling back up, but the real estate market's going to stay flat for a while. There's too many homes on the market. The market crashed too hard. But guess what? That gives you a 12 to 18 month window of opportunity to make insane amounts of money. If you have no money and no credit, then you have to dig in with the right principles. But don't use that as an excuse. Don't dare lay down and say, well, real estate's for other people. Listen recently, we are going to try to expand and bring in other people that can help the country make money and get through this recession with maybe stocks or the Internet. And we've been digging deep and let me tell you, when you scratch the surface of most of the opportunities out there, they're not really that good. I can't find many things. We found a few and I'll let you know about them in future months. But I can't find anything that can propel you to wealth like real estate can right now. So I'm telling you, get off your butts. Don't be afraid if you haven't pulled the trigger yet, if you haven't really dug in, if you're just thinking about doing this, if you're just loving all the posts, you're loving the inspiration. Inspiration is great. Motivation is great. But action in making you and your family money is what needs to be done right now. Here. I'll end with this. If you stick with me for the next 20 years, I will always give you a strategy to make money no matter where the real estate market is. Isn't that awesome? But I have to tell you, I don't know if it'll ever be as good as it is right now and probably over the next 12 to 18 months. So dust off the book if you haven't read it in a while.
