Hey, this is Dean. Welcome back to the weekly blog. I'm actually working from home today, so I decided to take out a little tiny flip camera and send you this video in this weekly vlog. I'm sitting here right now in my actually outdoor living, like between my house and fortunately my pool is right there. This is the little outdoor space that's great for Arizona. A little hot today. If you see me sweating, it's Arizona, still over 100 degrees and it's only 8:30 the morning. Hey, I wanted to say thank you for all the incredible posts every single week. This blog is just unbelievable and it's a great way for me to share and for you to share with each other. As far as the pictures go, we have had hundreds of pictures submitted so far for people that's going to get those pictures are going to get literally printed, cut into little squares, put into a big bucket. I'm going to pull somebody's name out of the hat and that's going to be the person that gets on a plane and meets me in Utah, meets me down in Phoenix or maybe I'll fly to you. We get to spend a couple hours together and you can pick my brain on anything you want. So listen, last week I said if you click the link below, you could submit your pictures. Some people got a little confused. What you have to do is click the link below to read the comments or read more. Then once you click that link then you can submit a picture. We made it really, really simple. Make sure you submit your picture. If you don't have one, take one on somebody's phone. Take any picture you can. And if you have a seventh grader that lives in your neighborhood, you don't know how to do it, have him come over. He'll take the picture, submit it. I want you in that drawing. I'd love to put your picture up on my next show. And it's all good. I love this blog. I love the ability to share and I love how engaged you are. I'm going to do everything I can to make a difference. Now last week I ended my long blog message with saying, go out and teach somebody. But I think it got dwarfed. It got dwarfed by the ability to win the contest to fly you and a friend wherever you are to Utah or to Phoenix or me to come see you. I want to touch on that again because it's so important. I know that me teaching keeps me sharp. If I'm going to share with you how to make money with real estate or share with you how to focus on solutions, not problems, or overcome negative people in your life. I have to be good at it. I have to practice it every day. I have to tell other people, refine those skills so I could share them with you. So I really want you to take that into consideration this week. I want you to make an effort. I'm going to switch hands here. Oh, arm is getting tired. I want you to make a conscious effort to teach somebody this week who doesn't want to be taught, who thinks you're crazy for making money with real estate. Listen, if you're watching right now, you're one of the doers. You're one of the people who get my program. Dig in. Even if you haven't done a deal yet, who cares? You're on your path to doing your first deal. I know you are, and you know you are. That's why you're watching me on this little crazy flip camera that's probably really shaky. Think about this. You're one of the doers. The majority of the people get my book. I have to do everything I can to get them to engage and everything I can to have them overcome the negative people in their life. Everything I can to inspire them to take action so you can have success for you. Once you buy my book, I don't get any of the profits that you make on your real estate deal. That's all yours. I just want you to succeed. So what I want you to do this week, I want you to dig deep on one area, whether it's even being positive, watching all the other. The rest of my blogs that I've done over the last many, many weeks and months. Find something you feel confident in that you've learned from me or just being on this site, you learned from somebody else. And go teach someone who doesn't want to learn. That's when you go deep and don't dare let them talk you out of your dreams. I want you to lead the conversation where you convince them that you're the smart one and they're crazy for not taking action right now. Okay, that's it for today. This is my blog. I'll give you a little shot of my backyard. It's hard with this camera. It might be bright. I usually don't do this, but I feel so close to you guys, especially in the last. In the recent weeks, recent months, that I'd love for you to see where I live and what my house is like. But maybe next time we'll do. I love to cook. Maybe we'll Do a blog while I'm cooking next week or something. But submit your picture, click on the comments button below, see the form, get a picture, get it submitted, and hopefully when I pull that name out of a hat or picture out of a hat, it's you. So you guys have a wonderful week. I'll see you next week. Next week we're going to pick. I'm going to walk and talk. Next week we're going to pick the name, the picture out of the hat. One of you guys will. Meghan will get a hold of you, and we'll arrange for you to get your butt down here or get to Utah. So here we go. Here is my backyard. It stormed the other day. So there's kind of stuff I know the light has got to adjust and pretty cool pool, backyard, lots of green grass, little water fountain, water feature. And these things are really cool. I don't know if you can see. It's so dark. They light up at night. They're. They're torches anyway. I didn't show you that to brag. You guys know me. I'm not that type. I showed you to inspire. I was a kid who lived in a trailer park. As a kid, kid, I sold my house and everything I had and lived in rented apartments and lived off of credit cards at one time in my life. But real estate is the thing that changed my life. Not selling books, not selling tapes. I love doing. I love what I'm doing right now. And yes, I make money selling books, but I became a millionaire because of real estate. There's no doubt in my mind you can, too. So you have a wonderful week. I hope this inspires you and I'll talk to you soon.
