Hi, this is Dean Graziosi. Welcome to the weekly blog. Glad you joined us. Hey, I sent you an email and plus, if you just found this blog on your own, you'll see below where you can vote on book covers. Now, my graphic designer created six different versions, six different colors, and I like all of them and I can't decide. So I said, who better to help me decide, help me decide on my brand new book than my DG family members? So below you can just click on the option you like, we'll tally them all up, and whatever one you guys pick up is the one that's going to be my next national best seller. Be probably all over the bookstores, be all over tv, and you can help create the one that we decide to do. And the reason I'm writing a new book so soon, usually I write a new book about every 18 months, but what I decided to do is write a book about you guys and where you live. So I want to make a book specific to your area. You see so many people. When I see them in the plane or on the airport or at the mall or when I'm out to eat with my family, they'll come up and go, dean, I read your stuff or I'm on DG.com but I don't think it works where I live. Folks, it works wherever you live. If you're in a town of a thousand or you're in a city like New York or Los Angeles, we have clients, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people having a successful career in real estate because they took action. These principles work anywhere. And to prove it, I'm going to do something really unique. I'm bringing in my students. The teacher myself is going to become the student and I want my students to become the teachers. And I'm going to drill down and get every secret that they've learned, every technique that they've used to become successful and and share it with you. In fact, I'm in the studio right now. I'm here with Greg and Karen Spencer. We're going to do an interview as soon as I'm done with this blog and I'm going to pull from them everything they've used to be successful and buy some properties and where they want to go with their next properties.
