Weekly Video Blog #45 - AND The Winner Is...

From being here, this is the place you need to be if you want to take your life to the next level. Okay. What I want to talk about this week is really important. If you remember back in July, if you've been with me that long, if you're new, it'll make sense in a second. I went ballistic when my competition, instead of stepping up their game, instead of creating better products and services and books and creating a an amazing free website like this and all the other free stuff we do to get you the results you desire, started bad mouthing me online. We found out they were paying people to write negative stuff. I went ballistic. But instead of going after them or instead of attacking them, what I did was something completely different, completely probably something they didn't expect. I did stuff to get you the results you desire. So if you remember the Blitzkrieg, all I did is create endless amount of things that get people, get you engaged and start making money. And it was unbelievable. The amount of success, the amount of positive feedback, the amount of people getting the desired goals or reaching their desired goals because of what we did in the Blitzkrieg was unbelievable. Well, it was addicting. But then recently, what inspired what's going on right now? The Success Fest in October. If you don't know what that's about, what inspired this was so many people coming to me and saying, dean, I got all your stuff. I realized you could do it with no money down. I got all your free information. I got everything you teach through the Success Academy or your books or here on this site. But I don't think it works where I live. And I have to tell you, that got me a little aggravated, but aggravated in a good way because it inspired me to do something crazy. If you've been watching the Success Fest, you know that I got a plane and I flew all around the country, interviewing different students in tiny little towns and monster cities and finding out exactly how they're doing it. Because I wanted to see, does it work everywhere or am I just crazy? Well, what I found out was something ten times more powerful. Not only folks, does it work everywhere. In so many cases, when I got to go to people's houses and see what they're doing, I realized the student had become the teacher. They took the knowledge I gave them and went deep with it and found unique ways to make money with no money down to get over the naysayers saying it doesn't work. Now, I know if you've been following the Success Fest in October, I've been talking about this a lot. But it's going to the next level because I am interviewing people non stop. I am flying students in from all over the country and making them share their exact secrets, not just the rah rah. Hey, I made money. It's great. You should too. But how do you make money? How do you find the money when you don't have any? How'd you finance a deal when you have no credit? How'd you do an assignment when other people say it's illegal? How did you make $4,400 on your first deal? Tell me exactly how you've done it. And that's what I'm doing. But here's the problem I'm having one more little frustration I'm having through October with our Success Fest. So many of you are loyal followers and thank you. I think you're absorbing what we're doing right now. We're giving you a three part book on how to build buyers. And below I'm going to show you how you can get part three of that book in a minute. But so many of you are not opening my emails and not taking advantage of of our hard work to get you the results you desire. Folks, you ordered my book because you want to make a change in your life. I don't think you ordered it for a placeholder. I don't think you ordered my book for a good read. You ordered it because you want results that can make a difference in your life. And I'm trying to deliver that to you. But what you got to do is you got to get engaged. You've got to read the free information we're providing and we'll put it all below in case you missed the first two parts or you missed my newsletter. I'll make sure they put it all below this blog, but you got to take action with it and absorb it. I can't come through the camera and make you money, but I can give you the steps, the actions, the capabilities, the direction, the confidence to do it in today's market. Is it going to happen overnight? Probably not. Is it as easy as flipping a switch? Nope. But wouldn't you like to be the people on this blog, on this site, or my countless students all over America making money in a down market when everyone's scared, when we have countless students are feeling secure, building wealth, building security for them and their family. And you can do it too. But you got to take action And I can't do anymore. October, I am going to flood you with information. Not to overwhelm you, but to give you the capabilities to make money in this market. Okay, so like I said, below is if you've been getting all the free gifts that we've been sharing with you. Okay, here's another thing. On Thursday now, whenever you're watching this, this blog comes out on Mondays, you probably got an email on Tuesday. On Thursday you're going to get an email from me that you have to open and I'm going to give you a choice right now. If you don't know what I've been doing. I've been flying in successful students and picking their brains and making them share their exact techniques on how you can do what they did. But also I've been flying in experts to learn how to build your credit, how to fix bad credit, how to find money when no one else can from hard money lenders, how to find the perfect realtor when all other realtors tell you it doesn't work. I'm interviewing the realtor that's making it work in a massive way for students of mine and he's going to share how to find a realtor just like him. So here's the thing. What I want to do on Thursday, I want to release some of those interviews to you, some of that information to you so you can use it, so you can absorb it. So I'm only going to take your posts below for the next couple days because it's only Thursday, it's only a few days away. But I'm going to do one of two things. If you know who Indiana Joe is, he's the guy on this site who shares so much information. He's a kind hearted, good guy. But better yet, six months ago he had no real estate deals. Now he's got 10 or 11 worth over $700,000 cash flow coming in, doing no money down deals. He is an inspiration to all of us. Well, I got him here on this studio and I picked his brain and I said share exactly how you did it, how you sent the emails, how you found the deals, how you did it with no money down. Well, I have that interview folks and I can release some of that to you on Thursday. Or I had another gentleman, Jeremy Roberts, fly in and sit right here who's one of the best credit repair people in the industry. He knows how to get anybody's credit higher and higher and higher to improve the quality of your life. I picked his brain. It wasn't a hype. It wasn't how it could work. It wasn't a what. It's how do my students do an interview? Well, I have those clips as well. So here's the thing below. In the next couple days, I'll take the majority of what you post.
