Hi guys. Welcome back to the weekly blog. We are right heading towards the end of our Success Fest in October and it is just unbelievable the responses you're leaving, the information we're giving. And it's almost impossible because watching them talk about going through bankruptcy and struggling and fear and all of a sudden how real estate changed your life and they're on their third deal, going on more and. And the one thing Labertha said that really stuck home is she said the information she got in the book and at the website could have worked in the first 24 hours, could have worked in the first 30 days for sure. But she said it took her 90 days to get out of her own way, to get over the negativity, to get out of the way of self doubt and self pity in some cases. I don't want that to happen to you. And that's why we're doing things like the Success Fest, you know, or when I landed in California and talked with Chad, I, a 24 year old kid who's doing amazing things in Southern California where so many people say you can't make money, you can't flip. He's doing incredible things Right now, his last deal, he made over 40. It's about $46,000 on his last flip in Southern California, and he's not using any of his own money. This information is blowing me away. And to be able to watch it again while I'm editing the show is just unbelievable. And you need to get that information in your hands. Not the person that's the naysayer and says it won't work. The person who's very unhappy with their life. So here's some lessons for the week. In fact, they could be some goals. First of all, I want you to register and be on my call Wednesday night. You're going to find out how you can get this valuable information in your hand. And there's only a limited amount of people that can get it. There's only a limited amount of people that are going to get some pretty cool gifts on that call. It's going to blow your mind. But some of the most successful people I know, including myself, have someone positive they can bounce ideas off of. But then you have Joe and Stacy, who happens to be a married couple. They bounce ideas off each other. If you don't have somebody right now that's positive, go out and aggressively find somebody that when you tell them what you want to do, they give you a pat on your back and support you. They're not one of the naysayers. I promise you it will make a huge difference in your life of someone you could share with.
