Hi, this is Dean Graziosi, and welcome to the weekly blog. Again, I'm sitting here on a new set. Hey, I just want to tell you, for the people who took the time to create a happy birthday video for me, I really, really appreciate it. It was so touching. You brought tears to my eyes when I watched it. And I just want to say thank you so much. And most importantly, I want to say thank you to Rena for working with my staff and coming up with the idea to do a scholarship to help and fund somebody to go through our real estate success academy. And let me just tell you what that tells me. For all of you guys to get together and send in money. You guys sent in your money. So many of my students to put into a scholarship fund to help somebody else who's in need of it. But you know what that tells me? All my hard work is paying off, and it feels really good. You know, I'm recording this a little early. I'm recording this on my birthday on Friday, November 20, because Monday, I want to get this out to you right away. And I have to tell you, for a birthday present like that, because here's the thing. If my successful students who went through our real estate success academy are doing so well and so happy with the service we provided them that they'll take their own money and put it into an account for somebody less fortunate who can't afford it to get in there. I know that they put a high value on it and the reason they're successful. It just makes me feel really good because we work really hard here to get you the results you deserve, you desire and need to have, especially in today's economy. I. I want you to stop worrying about if we're going to figure out health care. I want you to stop worrying about if we're leaning towards socialism or not or if we have a Republican or a Democratic president. Because, listen, I know we want to care about our country, but don't get so sucked into it that you're not worried about you and your family and you're focusing on the results you can get because of today's economy, because of today's real estate market. And listen, if you already talked to a whole bunch of realtors and you talked to a whole bunch of people, and you're still not digging in, you're still not getting your first break or look at your first deal, please don't give up. So many of our successful students, they had to knock down a lot of doors. But once you get that first deal, and you get your momentum going, there's nothing that will stop you. So I just want to talk to you a little bit about the details. We're still working them out. Now. Rena came out with this great idea. She worked with my team behind my back, which was awesome because they care about my students as much as I do. They work together, and they want to create this scholarship fund where money goes into to help people go through our real estate success academy to give them a better opportunity to succeed in making money from real estate. It's a wonderful idea. Idea. But of course, I have to interject my opinion, my thoughts. So here's what I want to do. It's such a great idea that I am going to sponsor someone to go through our real estate success Academy. We've already had 300 people fill out the application, and we're going to shut that off here. I think today we're going to shut it off because we probably have 500 by the time we're done. We're going to narrow that down and let our students vote on who should get the scholarship. But here's what I'm going to do. I am going to fund you to go through the real estate success academy. Here's what Rena did. Let me just tell you how great she is, and if you're new to this site, you'll see her posted all over here. Rena told my staff that whatever money came in, she would match. Is that awesome? She would match. And every time we do this, she'll put in a thousand bucks. Every time she does another deal into this scholarship fund. I mean, it's just unbelievable. It just shows that giving back and people helping people is where the world needs to evolve to so we can all go to a greater level of life. So I know this blog is getting long, but let me just tell you what we're going to do. I'm going to fund the real estate success academy. Whoever wins, we're going to let the students vote on the top five on who that winner should be. I'm going to put you through our real estate success academy. What I'm going to do with the money that Rena put in and so many other students put in. We'll name all of you, and thank you so much. And it's thousands of dollars right now, just so you know, we're going to put that in an account for people to use to help get in their first deal. The person who wins and goes through the real estate success academy, we're going to have this money sitting there to help you get in your first deal. Now, it's just going to be a loan. We're going to help you get in that first deal, and you're going to pay it back. The money's going to go back into the account for the next person and the next person and the next person. And that money can just keep working over and over so we can do what we all hope to be doing here@DeanGraziosi.com and Dean Enterprises and my books is getting you the results you deserve and doing everything we can.
