Hi, everybody. Welcome back to the weekly blog. I'm sitting here with my daughter Brianna. Happy New Year. First of all, I hope you guys are excited, ready for just wonderful things. So here's what I'm going to do. I want to give you a quick update today. I so what I'm going to do is I'm going to buy a couple properties here in the next week or maybe the next month, and I'm going to pass that savings along to you and we're going to do kind of a deal of the month or maybe even deal of the week.
