Hi, this is Dean Graziosi and welcome back to the weekly blog. Hey. First of all, I want to say thank you to everybody who on last week's blog went in and went through that questionnaire on things we wanted to know about the live event. Man, you answered some questions that were really kind of up in the air for us. We didn't know which direction to go and you were crystal clear. As a matter of fact, every question we had, if it was a yes or no, like 90% went in one direction. That really helps us tailor that event to fit you. Now, we did a pretty amazing job last year. It was an incredible event. If you were there, you know, if you got the live Edge in a box, the home study course, you know what it was and I hope to see you there. Now, a couple of things I want you to know. Literally next week we're going to be launching tickets to the live event. And here's what we're going to do. Here's the kind of the pecking order. Everybody who got empowering conversations was promised that they could get a seat. So you're going to get an early bird special and wait till you see the opportunity you have. Also DG members, also people who were there last year, also people who bought the EDGE home study course. We're going to go in that order of giving you guys the opportunity to get a seat because we did get a place that's probably too small. There is no doubt we are going to sell out. We've had so many emails from you guys, so many posts saying, please let me in, let me in. We are going to do it in the best order we see fit. But if it's something that you think you want to be at, if you feel you missed something last year, which you did, get yourself involved, get engaged and get yourself a ticket and get your butt down here to Arizona so I can meet you in person and you can receive the wisdom, direction, confidence and capability to get out there and make money in today's market. Listen, there's a great book that I just started called Change or Die. Now, I can't say I read the whole thing yet and I'm so busy right now, it's hard to get through it. But basically what it says is that once you start certain patterns in your life, changing is very difficult. If you don't have a personal trainer, you get off track. If you don't have somebody keeping on top of you about your diet, you tend to continue to eat the way you used to eat. That maybe Got you overweight. Well, the same thing happens with real estate or life or success. If you have failed at certain things that you really wanted to do, it could just be that you have built a pattern and it's really hard to break patterns. But you know what this book says? You know what breaks patterns? Mentor a guide, someone that can hold your hand and keep you accountable for your own success. That's the kind of thing you get when you come to a live event. Not only do you have me and my successful students and my Real Estate Success Academy coaches training you and giving you the techniques, you also have a group of a couple hundred like minded people that you want to keep accountable to. You're going to network and meet people that are going to call you and email you and say, how you doing? You're on that first deal. Do you need help? Can I help you? You can meet.
