Hi, this is Dean Graziosi and welcome back to the weekly blog. I have some really good training exercises. I also have some important information to give you. But you know, first I want to share something with you besides having the privilege and the pleasure of seeing people like you take action, engage, get out of their own comfort zone and take action with something new and see your results and the posts and 3 to 400 positive posts a day at this site and success stories and videos and I get to meet a lot of you and shake your hands and see the smile on your face and how your life has changed. That's a true blessing. It's the greatest thing I could have ever imagined for my life. But I also want to tell you another byproduct, something you may not even realize. Every dollar that you spend with us, a portion of every dollar I make goes to different charities. And you know, getting down to tax time, you know, just look at some of the things that we've done and I couldn't help do it or I couldn't do it without your help. And you know, we've done some things like Forever Young Senior Wish Organization. My grandmother was very important to me. So I asked my assistant Megan to find a place where we could help elderly ladies who were in need. And we helped, you know, through this organization, we helped Ann Rowland. She wanted a stove converted from gas to electric. And we got her a couch and an air conditioner and got her a stove. Another 70 year old lady, we got her a computer because she wanted to keep in contact with her family. She needed another lady, Mildred Minus. She needed dentures and new glasses. And another inez. She was 89 years old, a World War II veteran. We helped her. She was a nurse. Mrs. Creed, 90 years old, she wanted to visit the World War II memorial. We made that dream come true. We paid for her tickets. Another lady, 104 years old, always wanted to see Niagara Falls. We sent her, you know, that's just one of the things. But we've donated over $100,000 to, to Virgin Unite to help children all around the country. We have another. I'm looking at all these different things. We did another one here where we helped clothe 15 to 25,000 youth with about $45,000 all across the country. This winter I donated $15,000 to the William J. Clinton foundation because he's doing some amazing things to help people around the world and right here in our country. And the list goes on, folks. We put a lot of money into helping people. So I'll tell you what a blessing it is. I come to work every day, and I work really hard to give you capabilities, wisdom, and direction to change your lives. And at the same time, you buy products and services from me, help fund this company, and help do amazing things. We did Habitat for Humanity. We got lots of stuff here that we've done, and I didn't even realize how much we did until it's the end of the year. And I love every bit of it. So the only reason I share that is because wealth and you doing better for yourself has bigger byproducts than you just having money in your pocket and stop worrying about the bills. How many people in your family around you would you like to take care of and make feel secure? Children, parents, relatives. Then once you went beyond that, how many people would you like to help? When all this happened in Haiti, how great would it be if you could just ship off a check for $500 1,000. Five grand, about $50,000. Is that possible? Absolutely. I came from nothing, and I have the ability to donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to people in need while at the same time, I change people's lives and build security for my own family. Yes, it's all possible. You don't have to pick one or the other. But you got to take action. You got to get started. Okay, a very important announcement on March 11th. Mark your calendar. Put it in your cell phone, on your computer, on your refrigerator, wherever you got to put it. March 11, I'm doing a live teletraining call, and I'm also going to be giving away some really awesome stuff and some information, but you've got to be on this call. I've also persuaded Greg Murphy, Carol Stenson, and some other wonderful people to join us on on that call to share some of their techniques, because they've hit on some amazing ways to make money without using a dime of your own money. I want you on that call. Folks, here's the thing. I can do everything in my power to give you the wisdom, the direction, the confidence, the capabilities, but you got to get out of your own way. You have to stop making excuses. You have to stop letting other people talk you out of your dreams. I know I pound that message over and over, but it's the biggest obstacle that so many people face. I want this to be the defining moment for you. I want 2010 to be the year that you took charge, you stopped making excuses, and you started making the money that you and your family deserve. And then you can feel as good as I do. To be able to help the people around you or help people in need. Because all I know is one thing. If you've ever done the seven levels deep, 90% of everybody who gets to the top. Last three questions. You want to do this, not only build security for yourself, but for the people around you, you love and then the people outside that ring who just need help. But it all starts with you taking action. Here's what I'd like to do. Greg Murphy is going to be on the call that we're going to do March 11th where you can register. Please register below because we especially if you're going to call in those numbers, max out, you know that you can listen online. But if you want to call in, you need to register below. Greg Murphy is going to be on the call. I'm going to pick his brain on a couple new things that he's doing that are really, really cool. You're going to love it. But let me just show you a little clip here of our empowering conversations that I did with Greg Murphy. Maybe you could steal a little bit out of that and get registered for that call. Make a difference in your life. Make a difference in the lives of people around you and people in need. I'm Dean Graziosi. Thanks for watching. See you next week.
I do mostly for sale by owners and there again I go in the bandit signs. Look for other people's bandit signs or not necessarily bandit for for sale by owner signs in the yard, in the newspapers, Craigslist. People advertising for sale by owner must sell fast or owner relocating. Those type keywords where you know that they're kind of desperate. And like when you go to Craigslist looking, you can go back and get the old like the last hundred postings. Okay, so it maybe was something that was posted on Craigslist like a month earlier or even two months earlier.
People are almost giving up now.
Yeah. So you're getting these numbers out here and you call them, say, hey man, you still got that house for sale and just kind of open the door. And there again when I get them on the phone, I let them do most of the talking. I don't start inquiring a lot about it, just your basic knowledge. And most time once you get people talking, they'll just unload everything to you, hey, I got to set up within the next month. We're going to lose it. Then you're going to ask how much are you behind? And stuff like that. But I usually get all that type of information and maybe my second visit. Because if you try to get too personal on that first phone call, I found that it offends a lot of people. Unless they really open the door and they just start telling you about their whole situation, then what they want you to do really is just listen. When somebody is in a real bad situation, if they can find somebody to listen to their problems so they can tell you that they want to explain to you what's going on and let's know that they couldn't help it. It's just in their nature. They have to do this. So you want to listen. You need to listen, listen to them, because they'll tell you, hey, I always had good credit, but I lost my job, me and my wife got a divorce, whatever, and this is why I'm late. That's not really irrelevant to you, but you definitely, positively want to listen to them because I'm telling you, once they know that they can unload their problems to you and you listen, you're going to be their new best friend. And another thing, this is what I always tell people I look for, and we were talking about this earlier, win, win situations for everybody. Because when I find somebody that's two or three payments behind on a house and I know where it might be, I jumped ahead. When I'm talking to the people with the houses, I'm looking to make them an offer that's going to stop them from going into foreclosure. So you're helping these people out. And then if you can put somebody in that property that can't go to a bank, you're helping them out. So you're helping two people. So it's a win for everybody.
