Ryan did a pretty good job last week, didn't he? I was actually up in upstate New York at a closing on a piece of property.
I want to tell you, the deals.
Are springing all over the country now. You know, it's funny. I was in upstate New York, where I grew up, and the taxes are insane on the East Coast.
Some.
Some places in the Midwest, the taxes are just absolutely nuts. But it doesn't mean you can't make money, but it means you really have to take the time and energy to consider that factor. Are you in an area where taxes are going to stay the same? Go up, go down? You know, some people, some towns are working really hard to get their taxes down. Other towns, like the town I grew up with, are ignoring it or have. And there's a new administration I think is going to do a great job.
But they've ignored it.
Taxes have been going up and up and up, and you really got to.
Watch that because this little town where.
I invest in or have at least I started my investment career and I still own millions of dollars of real estate there.
They've ignored it for so long that taxes got so out of control that people are moving just over the border to the next town to get better taxes. So make sure you know that a.
Great deal is a great deal by doing all your analysis.

In Mississippi in the Midwest, buying something here in Arizona.
I bought a couple in New York.
I bought one in Colorado. There's amazing deals popping up all over the country. And you know what the other thing, too is? It's springtime.
Isn't it nice if you're living in an area that was cold all winter? You know, even down here in Arizona, you still have spring fever because the weather is perfect.
You know, enjoy it. Keep that excitement, Wake up, try to thrive for life. But you know what? Make sure you use that energy to.
