Short video/blog by Dean Graziosi combining personal anecdote (yoga, family) with a practical lesson on negotiation. Dean frames a simple negotiation technique aimed at real-estate contexts (buying, selling, finding investors/agents/brokers) and directs viewers to his resources (dg.com, Rock Bottom blueprint, books, Success Academy) for deeper learning.

Hey, everybody. Welcome to this week's blog. If I look a little sloppy, I apologize. In fact, I just did yoga. Only done it a couple times in my life. We had somebody come down to the office and actually they're still doing it in the back. Some of my staff went in there. We did it. I figure if I'm going to be in this health kick, do things right, that's my new goal. Besides making money and getting better in real estate, I'm trying to get in the best shape of my life. I encourage everybody to do the same. You know, as you evolve and want to do more, why not be better in every area of your life? At least that's what I'm trying to. Okay, a couple of things. Here's what I want to talk about today. Thanks for all the great comments last week on the video and Brody, he's a great little boy, isn't he? He's just a good kid and he's cute and thanks for all the comments. I'm a proud dad. My daughter Brianna is almost five. I'm going to bring her in either next week or the week after. It's her day at work. So we'll try to get to do a blog with her. You get to meet her. I want to talk about something today that will help each and every one of you when it comes to negotiating. Whether it's buying or selling or get a cash investor on board or getting a motivated seller or a real estate agent or a mortgage broker. Because in so many cases we get intimidated. We feel like we have to know everything and we got to talk, talk, talk and say what's on our mind and say who we are and what we do and what we've done. I want to give you a little technique, kind of pulling the curtain aside here and let you know there's an easier way to all of it. Once you understand the information that I share with you and you need to, you need to definitely dig in and learn here@dg.com and the Rock Bottom blueprint and my books and the success academy. But once you have a pretty good knowledge base, and I don't mean a lot or extensive, just enough to jump in and start. I'm a hands on kind of guy. I want to learn on the job.
