Yeah. Well, I'll tell you why I'm standing here with John in front of this house. Because if you remember the rock bottom blueprint. Yes. I actually did give the house away. We pulled it live. I pulled the name. It was John Baptiste. And here he is right now, and.

It feels excited. I'm excited to own a house. I'm just watching four videos. Just watching the videos.
Yeah. You know what I wanted everybody to realize is anything in life is possible. John was telling me a little bit about his story. Maybe you could just give us a little bit about your background, John.
Yeah, I was born in Trinidad. I came here about 35 years ago. I lived in New York for a few years, and I moved to Boston. I've been in Boston since. I live outside the city in Alston, Mass. And I work for a company that own three restaurants in Boston. I do some paperwork for them. And two years ago, I watched the show at night and I saw Jean and I said, I'm going to get one of this book. I got one book. I remember I got the book and my girl made me send that book back. I returned it because she made me do it. Six months later, I ordered a book again. Here. Here I am now I own two houses and I have this one for free. For just watching the video, for just learning from Zinn.

No, this is beginning. I'm starting. I'm just getting pumped up, ready to go.
Oh, guys, let me just share with you. You know, this is John's third house now. This one he didn't have to buy, which is awesome. But he was telling me he's excited, he's ready for more. He's doing more. He's already got a real estate agent who's finding him deals. He's got cash buyers on his list. He's following the rock bottom blueprint or whatever strategies that you. Whether you're my success academy or just my book. But the point of the matter is it doesn't matter where you are. It doesn't matter what you're personally going through, because all of us have struggles, especially in a time of recession, when things are tight, when things are tough, all that matters is where you want to go and having the right education and taking action. And that's really what it's all about in America. We still live in the land that anything is possible to come here. Today I flew out here to Michigan. John flew in from Boston to Michigan to meet again on the house that we gave away. And look ahead because keep watching these vlogs because we're going to do some other exciting stuff like this in the future. But it was a pleasure to come out here. John. Is there any other words you'd like to say to somebody who's thinking maybe this won't work or.
No, I like to think go for it. Don't give up. Be persistent. You take control over yourself. Follow those blueprint like bottom instruction, all those videos, read them, go over them over and over again. It will work well.
