Dean Graziosi shares a brief anecdote about using handwritten yellow 'bandit' signs (black Sharpie) to attract buyers quickly. After placing signs advertising a 3-bedroom house and price, his team received 22 buyer inquiries within one day, demonstrating that such signs can generate more buyers than available properties. He also reflects briefly on focusing on the future to enable life change.

Hey, everybody, it's Dean. Welcome to this week's weekly wisdom. I'm down in central Florida right now, and I can't really tell you what's going on, but we're doing something pretty special. And I've watched a family's life transform over the last week. And you know what? It's pretty wild watching sometimes just the tiny things we talk about week after week that hold people back. And once you can focus on a bigger future and let the past go, there is no limits to where you can take your life and where you can go. But here's one thing I want to share with you today because it was unbelievable watching it happen so fast. We know we teach to put out your bandit signs to find motivated sellers. We buy houses. Yellow sign, black handwritten letters, right? Well, this week we did something a little opposite. We found a house really quick and we put out signs. And you may have tried this, we put out signs that basically said three, one block house, put the price. And then desperate to sell call. Let me tell you something you cannot believe. Within one day, before the end of the first day, we had 22 people on the buyers list. It's unbelievable. We now have more people wanting the house than we have houses available. We're working hard to make a couple deals happen this week. So anyway, I wanted to give you that quick little wisdom. Get those signs out there. If you got deals coming in, get them out there. Remember, black Sharpie, yellow sign, handwritten. Get them out there this week. I'll talk to you next week.
