Weekly Wisdom #184 - Logical Decisions

Hey, guys, I hope you didn't get offended, but they deserved it. And guys, this one is for you. Well, this one's for everybody because I know a lot of the men watching right now want to take ownership of this. Want to do it. If you haven't broken that first deal yet because you want to feel that confidence, you want to take care of your family. Maybe you just want to change your circumstances. And some of you might have a wife or a spouse or a friend who's not supporting you. And again, it goes both sides. Some women don't have their husband's support, some husbands don't have their wives support until the money starts rolling in. But it's kind of a catch 22, right? Sometimes if you had their support or everybody's support around you, it would go a lot faster, right? So here's what I want to do. I want to do a really special video today because I've really been thinking about this a lot. I got some really great personal messages about the Weekly Wisdom video last week that really touched my heart. And again, I know it goes on both sides. So this is a video for everyone, but three things. First, I want to make this the most watched video, the most watched Weekly Wisdom of all time. So I need you to send it to everybody you know, tell everybody you need to to get watching this video. Number two, I want the most posts that's ever been posted on a video on this one. I'll tell you why in a minute. And I'm going to give you a bribe if we break it, if we get more posts than we've ever had, I will give every single person that posts a copy of my book. Totally fulfilled. My first New York Times best seller. Some people think it's the best book for overcoming those obstacles and taking action. I'll make sure every one of you who posts gets a digital file of that immediately if we break the record. And third, I want to do this video because this is the video I want you to show anybody in your Life that thinks you're crazy for getting involved in real estate, that thinks you're getting taken advantage of, thinks you're wasting your time or you're not smart enough, or you don't have the energy, or you tried things in the past and. And they fail. This is the video that I want you to show them and show the world so we can keep the momentum of real estate not only around the country, but in your home, so you can change your economy, so the economy in your house changes, so you can start changing the economy in your town, in your city, in your state. And believe me, the DG family has already and can continue to make a positive impact on this country. I truly believe our DG family is helping turn the. The real estate market, and I want it to continue. So here's what I want to share. I shared this at the edge this year, and I could see everybody's eyes light up, and I want to share it with you now. You know, when I have something to deliver to you that I am so excited about that I know it will change your life. I get really emotional when I'm on my. When I do my TV shows, I'm emotional because I really want you to take action. I am compelled to get you to do something different now. So next year is better than last year. When I don't use teleprompters, I'm not using a script. I don't every week. I don't in my shows. I don't when I'm on stage, because I live this. I've done 300 deals in the last six months. I do this. I'm partnered with my top students, and I truly am obsessed with your results. That's why I'm pushing and probing and doing everything I can to get you to take action. But I'm emotional, and a lot of people make emotional decisions. Now, when you make an emotional decision, that means somebody hits a trigger about changing your life, about making money. And it's easy to be spontaneous when you're emotional and just pull the trigger. Yeah, I'll buy that book. Right? Or the overnight diet pill. You're overweight, don't work out, don't eat right, Take this magic pill and you'll be skinny. How does that work? Right? Or the. I remember seeing the commercial where you put this belt around your belly and turn it on and it zaps your abs. Maybe it works. To me, it looked crazy. Couldn't believe it was on tv, but. But there was something in there that made some people emotional and it triggered a spontaneous action, and then you got home, and I don't know, maybe it worked. Maybe the diet pills worked for, I don't know, you want to get in better shape, what do you got to do? Eat less and exercise more. Right. I mean, it's fundamentally the same, but people know how to make emotional decisions. And here's what I was going to say. The reason someone in your life may doubt you is because they've made emotional decisions before and it's failed. They made a decision when they were excited, they were spontaneous, and it fell to the bottom. So here's what I want everybody watching right now. If you're doubting the person in your family, your friend that's ready to make money in real estate, I want to share something with you that's called a logical decision. Let's look at it this way. Was the real estate market up here and it crashed to the bottom. Is that logical? Absolutely. Has the real estate market started to turn in every city around the country? Whether it's a little turn or a big turn, we've hit the bottom and we're bouncing on our way back up. Is that a fact? Yes, and that's logical. Do I have people from all over the country, all walks of life, single moms, moms with a whole bunch of kids and their husband telling them they're crazy? To the overworked dad. To the busy executive at Disney who quit his job because he made over 3 million bucks with us? To Matt Larson making over 100 grand a month? To just Carol Stenson making $5,000 to $10,000 a month from home? Well, that was a year ago. She's probably making a lot more now. To every other student who's making money, who started with the obstacles? No, money scared all the other things. So is that logical? Is it logical that every single day on this site there's people posting that their lives have changed because they broke down the barriers, they followed our education, and they're making money? Yes, that's logical. Do I have more successful real estate students than any other trainer on the planet? Yes, that's logical. Am I absolutely obsessed with. With changing your life? Doing these videos every week, giving away more free information on this site than my competitors charge for? Yes, that's logical. Are you perfectly qualified to make this happen, especially if you have the support of the people around you and the people you love? Yes, that's logical. This is the most logical thing I could ever think of in my entire life. Is it logical to invest in stocks at the Top of the market when you're not in control. My opinion, no. Is it logical to invest in gold at the top of the market when you're not in control of it? No, that's not logical to me. Is it logical that I have the only no money down strategy on the planet working like gangbusters for people who take action? Yes. So here's to everybody in life who doubts real estate right now or doubts you or doubts that you could do this. Real estate is the most logical thing on the planet to get you making money and change your future forever. So not only is next year better than last year and every year for the rest of your life is better and better. And you can look back in five years and say, I don't care who said I was crazy, I don't care what anybody thought. I took action, I made a decision and it's the greatest thing ever. Or now if you're watching this and you doubt somebody about real estate or even have that self doubt, you can look back in five years and go, oh my God, I missed the greatest opportunity of a lifetime. So I'm going to end it with this. I want you to be emotional, I want you to be spontaneous. Spontaneous to take action with the books you have, the information on this site, the live events that we produce all over the country, getting my programs, the success academy, the boots on the ground. It's the best training on the planet. It's logical. Now's the time you're qualified. I'm the guy to show you how to do it. So I hope that this helps you to share with anybody who doubts you.
