Hey, everybody. Welcome to the Weekly Wisdom. I'm Dean Graziosi. If you're new to the site, welcome. Browse around. It's a great site. I'm here at one of our live events down in Vegas, and it's amazing. We have 200 incredible people here, and one of them is Linda. How you doing?
I'm doing well.
I just met Linda today. We have so many new people, so many people in the audience making money. But Linda stood up and asked a question. We do this little panel where you can ask me a question. And she asked some great questions, but then shared her story. And it was just so inspirational, I just wanted to let her share it. So, you know, you've watched our Weekly Wisdoms.
Yes.
And now you're on it.
And it's awesome. I mean, we really appreciate everything that you've done for us. It's opened up a whole new world. We.
So what have you done so far?
Well, right now we have 11 houses that are buy and hold and fully refinanced. They're all rented. I just have two offers that have been accepted. I'm just waiting for settlement on two houses. We're going to flip.
Okay.
And they're going to make anywhere from 20 to 60,000 on each.
So not so bad, huh?
No, no, not bad at all. It's awesome.
No, I loved your energy when you stood up. And, you know, every week I do blogs. We have so many people making money. We have so many people just, like, on the sidelines. They've got the education, they want to do it, but just haven't had the experience. They want to be you. Right. So what would you say to people that, you know, we know the education's there. If we get rid of the education for a minute, what would you say to people that are just on the sidelines, like, where you were when you first started? Maybe they're scared, maybe they're unsure. Maybe people in their family aren't supportive. Anything you'd like to share with them?
Absolutely. When we first started, we had the exact same feelings as everybody else. But the key is do it. Get up. When you don't feel like doing something, that's when you must do it.
That's a good one. You said that over there.
It's true, though, because when you don't feel like doing it, that's when you make yourself do it. You get up. You do exactly what you've learned in the education. Don't be afraid. You know, everybody makes mistakes. Learn from them, get over them, and move forward. You can only go uphill, you know, find different sources. Find whatever you need to go into. Whatever you're going to start with first, you've just got to do it.
Yeah. I mean, you were probably scared in your first deal.
Absolute. Absolutely. I didn't know anything about houses, but I figured it out. How to find the answers for the houses. You just do it. You take action, and that's exactly what you do.
Awesome. Well, you're gonna stop here. You got enough houses?
No, no. I don't feel like we've done anything yet. I seriously don't feel like we've done anything yet. I want to do the wholesaling. I want more flips. I want more buy and holds partnering up with people. I don't feel like we've done anything yet.
That's awesome. Well, you did a great job, Linda, and I'm glad to have you on a weekly wisdom. Thank you guys so much for watching. I got back on stage here in a few minutes, and, you know, I appreciate you. And I appreciate you, Linda, for sharing.
We appreciate you.
All right, guys, we'll see you next week.
