Hey, guys. Welcome to the Weekly Wisdom. I'm Dean Graziosi. It's a pleasure and an honor to have you here. If you're new, I'm glad you're here. If you're one of my loyal followers, thanks so much for coming back. I hope I deliver some capabilities and wisdom and direction and confidence to you week after week. Today I want to talk about. Well, first off, I'm a little. I'm sorry, this, this Weekly Wisdom is a little late going out today. I just got off the road. I was just in Washington, D.C. where I met a whole bunch of great folks at a live event. And here's the thing. I'm probably not doing many more for the next year. You know, I didn't do a lot of live events in my original part of my career, then becoming friends with Tony Robbins. I loved the fact of going out there and seeing people face to face and getting to interact and change lives. So I started taking on more and more live events. But here's the thing. I have a seven and a nine year old and I'm still Superman. You know, I talk about my kids all the time. I'm still Superman to them. They love seeing me and I just don't want to do it anymore. I don't want to. I think I'm my deathbed. I love helping and being there live. But. But I think on my deathbed, I'm going to look back and wish I had more time with them and less time away. At this age, when they're teenagers, I'll go out and travel the world again. And here's the thing, too, that I love sharing through video, through live webcasts. That's why I do them. And so I'm going to do three or four, maybe five this year because I just, I love that interaction where I can go live and share but still be here and go pick up my kids from school. Okay, so that's the personal stuff. But here's what I want to share. You know, being out on the road more in the last three months than I've had have been most of my life. I get to meet so many of you face to face and so many of you come up and I'll get done presenting and you'll come up. And the part that breaks my heart, and I'm going to be completely transparent, is people come up that need change so bad. They want it, they crave it. They're on their last dollar, they're on their last leg, they're on their last bit of Energy. They're on the last bit of hope. And it's such a desperate feeling of, I hope real estate works for me. I hope that this better way of thinking, that this next level life is actually available to me. And here's what I want to say. All change starts with being honest. I talk about that forever. But there's one other thing that you need, and that's to be brave. You know, I want you to know something, and I say this wherever I'm at, if you get one of my personal development courses and you watch five minutes of it, you're not going to go out and instantly live a next level of life, have a better relationship, be in better shape, make more money. If you got one of my real estate books or went to a real estate Live event, you're not going to watch 10 minutes and be a millionaire overnight. You're not going to read 10 pages and hit a few buttons on a keypad and be rich. That's not the way it goes. So what I want to share with you is I have so much empathy for every single person who's hungry for that next level of life because I lived it. I remember what it was like to be homeless with my dad and live in a bathroom. And just money was the whole conversation we ever had in our lives. It choked everything else because it was always about, is there enough money for next week. Now, not all of you are in that situation. So many of you are doing great financially and you want to go that next level. I get it. But when you're desperate for that next level, it's so hard to be brave. And when I think of being brave, it's also being courageous. You know, everybody says, I do. I have a whole course the winning state of mind about confidence. But being confident happens when you're in the game. You can be confident about playing football after you play a bunch of games and you fail and you fumble and you score a touchdown, that's when confidence is built. You are confident about being a parent. When you mess up, you screw up. You do great, you do good, you do bad, you do okay and you learn. And that knowledge becomes wisdom. And that wisdom evolves into confidence. But to be brave, you have to be courageous. And courage comes from our. Courage is jumping out of the plane and growing wings on the way down. Courage is taking a step in a new direction when you don't know the end result. Walking up and starting a new relationship, asking for a promotion at your job, starting a new partnership, borrowing money for a new business. Venture. That's all courage. That's all being brave. But when I look back on it is, if you're gonna be courageous, if you're gonna find a way to be brave, you need to look backwards and take from your past. Not the stuff that disempowers you, but the stuff that, you know you did when you were scared before, and you still did it, and you still overcame it. And the end result was, okay. Have you ever done anything. You were scared to death, and when you were done, it was amazing. You've also done things you were scared to death, and at the end, it was horrible, but you still felt the sense of accomplishment because you did it. And that's what being courageous and brave is all about. It's taking that first step. It's not like a New Year's resolution where you have to change everything about your life. Being courageous sometimes starts with opening one page, saying hello, taking that step forward, starting something new. Listen what happens so many times in our lives. We get a story. We get. We tell it to ourselves repetitively, day after day in a hypnotic rhythm. And then a week goes by, a month goes by, a year goes by, a decade goes by, and nothing changes in your life because you're not brave or not courageous. Now, am I saying it's easy? Of course not. But you wouldn't be watching me if you wanted the easy life. You want the next level of life. And what I want to share with you is nothing starts in life without being brave or being courageous to take that first step. And then secondly, know that when you're in it, dabbling does nothing. Hobbies, do nothing. Do not invest your life savings in anything. Do not put. Quit your job and put things on the line if you're not ready to take action, deal with failure, and be courageous and brave every single day until you break through. And then when you get there, there's going to be more things to be brave and courageous over until you break through. And as you break through, you start building, you get more committed, you get more capabilities, and then all of a sudden, your knowledge becomes wisdom and it turns into confidence. But confidence doesn't happen overnight. Guys. I loved being on the road and meeting a lot of people, but I see the fear in so many people's eyes, and it breaks my heart. I literally had this conversation with my kids about how I just want to hold and hug everybody, and I can't. But what I can do is do these videos week after week and show you that you can do this. And when I say you can do this. This is anything in your life you want more of or better. You want next level relationship, health, love, life, wealth, income, new career. But it all boils back to finding a way to be brave and being courageous to take that first step. I hope this weekly wisdom made sense today and hit your heart someplace to get you out there and take action in any area of your life that you want improvement. Because I know for a fact you can do this. There's not even a doubt in my life. I'm Dean Graziosi. Thanks so much for watching. Look out for my live webcast that I'm going to try to do more and more of because I'm not going to be out on the road. So be on the lookout for that.
