Weekly Wisdom #376 - It’s getting harder and harder to FOCUS!

Dean Graziosi delivers a short motivational message about how modern life’s constant distractions make it harder to focus on what matters. He urges viewers to audit where their attention goes this week, remove people or activities that drain energy, and re-orient focus toward personal growth (relationships, health, finances), ending with a call-to-action to get his books at deansfreebook.com.

Hey guys, welcome to the Weekly Wisdom. It's an honor and a pleasure to have you here. Okay, I just got back from the gym, or in fact, I'm still in my car and I had this thought was just in my head and I couldn't even wait to go into the studio to film this on Focus. You know, all of us have so many things going on in our lives. You know, we're busy non stop, our phone's going off, text messages, emails, people calling us busier than we've ever been with all these great apps on our phone that allow us go quicker and faster. And what happens is we lose our focus or we forget to focus on the things that are important to us. You know, if we focus on, and we know all this, right? But if we focus on what's wrong with the world, what's wrong in our lives, what could go wrong with our lives, what's wrong with this crazy election stuff that's going on, if we, if we focus on that, it can be so crippling, not only because it gives us negative thoughts and a hypnotic rhythm of what's wrong, but it takes the focus off what we need to do for ourselves to become our best selves. You see, if you're watching this, you're somebody that wants more out of life. That next level in a relationship and your finances and your passion, your intimacy in your health and the love that you have in your life. And when we lose focus, then we drift. And I think the worst thing we can do in life is drift. So this week would be an amazing week to really acknowledge what are you focused on? You know, whatever we focus on grows. If we focus on how things won't work, it will continue to not work and it'll seem heavier and heavier. So it would be great whether you do it in your phone or you take a yellow pad or a little piece of paper or in your notes in your phone and this week, see what's gobbling up your attention, see what your focus is. Do you go home? Are you obsessed with all the stuff going on with this election? You get sucked into hours of news, Are you surfing online to find it? Are you focused on what's wrong with your relationship at home? You're focused on what's wrong with your kids or focused on how you're not making money at your job? And it's frustrating. I don't know what your focus is, but I promise you, whatever your focus is, what you're going to get more of. And if you really think about life There's a million different strategies, a million different things that could help you on your personal growth to that next level. But one simple little hack is to obsess on what you're focused on. And when you know it is to get rid of the things that don't serve you. Even certain friends that'll suck the energy right out of your life, you might be too focused on them and you're forgetting about you. And you can only help people go to the next level when you are your best self. So I would love for you to take this week and just see what is your focus? What can you tweak? What can you turn a little bit to the left or to the right and get focused back on the things that will take you to the next level. Remember, tide rises, all boats. You go to the next level, you. You'll bring along the people that you love. I'm Dean Graziosi. Thanks so much for watching this weekly Wisdom. And if you don't have my books, go to deansfreebook. Com. That's deansfreebook. Com.
