So the reason I'm saying this is wherever in your life, if you want to get in great shape, hire a trainer. If you want to eat right, get a nutritionist if you want. And if you don't have money to hire either one, find somebody who eats healthy, find somebody in great shape. You want to make more money, find somebody making money. And that's what we do here with real estate guys. We have the opportunity if you're looking for a new way to make money or take your real estate business to a whole other level, that's what we do. I think I have more successful students than anyone on the planet because I know how to work on what goes on between here. So you take action.
