Hey, guys. Dean Graziosi, welcome to the Weekly Wisdom. I'm sitting here on the set here in my office, getting ready to shoot a whole bunch of videos, and was thinking to you guys, it's a little shaky. I'm doing this on my phone. But I had a message because something hit me this week, and I think it's really important. And the question I want to ask is, who and what makes you feel bad? You know, for years, I can remember having a text come in my phone or a call come in, and I see the name of the person, and I'm like, ugh. And I immediately get into a different state. You know, what are some of the things you do for. For other people that you know, when you think about, you have to do it? You're just like, oh, that's gut wrenching. And it puts you in a bad state. Here's what I know, guys. At the end of our lives, we're gonna just wish we had more of the time that made us, as my buddy Joe Polish says, make us go, ah. And less of the stuff that make us go, ugh. And putting up with people who make you feel bad about yourself, putting up with people that make you think negative thoughts, doing things that rob your soul and rob your state of mind and your happiness and your confidence. Life is too short. So I want to make a simple request or a simple challenge for you this week. Make a list of the things that make you feel crappy and the people that make you feel crappy and do something about it. I'm not saying you got to push everybody out of your life that doesn't inspire you and make you feel amazing. But put boundaries, put limits. Let them know that you will only conduct your friendship or your relationship in a certain way. If there's certain things that just rob you from your enjoyment and your life and your love, then you got to start thinking how you can replace those or say no. Guys, I have a 7 and 9 year old. I talk about it all the time, and I go through these exercises all the time. I want to spend more time with them while at the same time I'm growing my company, getting smarter, trying to grow as a human being, try to stay in good shape. So the only way I could say yes to them and all those other things is I have to say no to stuff that doesn't serve me, that doesn't drive me, that doesn't light me up, that doesn't make me feel good about myself. You know, there's some people in my life I had to let go. There's nobody who calls my phone anymore. And when I see it, I go, oh, I wish they weren't calling. I don't have those people in my life anymore. I refuse to do things that don't bring joy to me. Now, I know you might be saying, well, Dean, you have money now. I'm doing a crappy job. I get all that. But if you consciously stay aware of pushing the things out of your life that don't serve you, that don't light you up, that don't bring you the best state of mind, and start bringing the things that empower your soul and your heart and your passion, that's where life truly goes to another level. That's where you find success. So that's my little lesson for today, guys. Thanks for watching my weekly wisdom here. I also do a lot of Facebook Live, so make sure you check me out on Facebook Live.
