It's not what you think. Not even close. And I want to explain that today in my weekly wisdom. Hi, it's Dean Graziosi. It's a pleasure and it's an honor to have you here. And heading into Christmas, the holidays, New Year's, this is the time we want to reinvent ourselves. We want to start over, and it's time to prep. Now, I've been telling you guys this for weeks, but you want to hit the ground running. But I wrote this down. It's not what you think. Because in so many cases, we make big, ostentatious goals, and we set them, and we go through this goal practice, and this is the year we're finally going to lose the weight, make more money, get the promotion, start the business, fix our relationship, be a better man, be a better woman. We have these big goals, and what happens by February or March? We're right back where we were. And that's why I wrote the book Millionaire Success Habits. Because what I want to share is, it's not about the big things. It's the tiny little shifts we can make in just a couple minutes a day. It's the tiny shifts in habits. I want to give you one tiny one right now. My kids and I learned this from somebody else. Tiny little habit that sets your mind up for success, sets your day up for success, or sets your night up for a better night's sleep at the dinner table or when I talk about my kids, this is a habit that's this big. When my kids share something that went wrong that day in school, something negative, or talk about a friend that was mean, I say, I want to hear that so bad. I just made this a habit. It's this big. And I say, I would love to hear what went wrong today, but just tell me three things that went right. What went right today? I mean, you're alive today. You got to play today. You caught a touchdown on the. On the. On the field, on the. You know, on the playground today, what are three things? And that little habit has become part of my life and their life. So if my daughter's in a. You know, didn't have a good day, and she'll go to tell me, oh, just tell me three things. First, when she tells me and she starts to smile by the third one, by the time I say, what happened with your friend? A lot of times she'll say, you know, it doesn't even matter. Not a big deal. You want to go play? You want to go do something? Dad? I miss you, Dad. I love you. So those little things, that's a silly little habit. But what I want to share in this video today, in this weekly wisdom, it's not really what you think. It's the tiny little shifts we can make that are barely recognizable. It's not doing a 180 and changing everything about you. And I want to help you do that. And the reason this video is so important is because I've created a challenge for you. We've just spent the last year working on the betterlife.com. would you like a better life? Would you like the better life? So here's what I've done. I've created a 30 day challenge. It is absolutely free, completely free, not a penny of a cost, but it's there to challenge you to take action. And in under three minutes a day, mostly about a one minute video, I give you these tiny little challenges that are the founding, the building blocks of success. They're the building blocks of happiness. They're the ones that allow you to feel like you have the freedom you deserve to make the choices. You want to have that level of happiness, to have that level of abundance. And I'm encouraging you right now to go to the better life. But here's what I've done. You're part of my DG family. You know, I always want to put a twist in. You know, I love the words ethical bribe. So here's what we've done. We've gamified it. So go to thebetterlife.com and sign up as you go through the signup process, invite friends, challenge them to do this with you. Because here's what I know. When you do a Fitbit challenge or you're going to race a marathon or you want to lose weight, you ask friends and you keep each other accountable. But you really want to beat your friend. Let's just be honest. You want to get more points, you want to go faster, you want to do it better. So as you sign up, you can invite friends to come and take the 30 day challenge with you, the Better life challenge. So at the end of the day, as you do these challenges each day that take minutes, like less than three minutes a day for transformation. Are you worth that? Yeah, I'd say yes. You get points every time you complete the challenge that goes in your bucket. You get points every time you share it on social media goes in your bucket. And every time you tell a friend or a family member of somebody you know to sign up and take the challenge with you, you get more points at the end of each month, you we're giving away killer prize. I think this month is an iPad or a new cell phone. But that's not the huge prize. That's not the monster ethical bribe. Go sign up and learn how you could win a new Tesla. Yes, you could win a new car. This is my mission, to put hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of people into this to see with these tiny little shifts, right? It's not what you think. It's not these big, massive goals. It's these little tiny shifts. The small hinge swings, a big door that if I can get you to make these shifts, you even if three, four, five of them stick, life will never be the same. So what you need to do is go to thebetterlife.com, get signed up, watch the first video, start the challenge. Less than three minutes a day. This isn't about changing everything you eat and changing everything about you. You'll barely recognize the shifts until towards the end and you'll not look the same in a good way. Get your friends involved and get there. Also, be on the lookout. Decided. New Year's Day, I'm going to go live right here in the studio and I'm going to do a strategy session, free to my DG family to kick off. Probably go 3 hours maybe of just straight kicking off. So 2017 is the best year ever. I mean, if we're going to do this, why not New Year's Day? Plan it, anchor it. Let's do a strategy session together live, and I'll get you the details, too. I don't even have the details yet, but I know it's going to be on New Year's Day. Look out in your email box, look out online, look out on Facebook. Thank you so much for being here. Go to the Better Life, please, and get your friends and then tell me about it. Tell me what you love. Tell me if you tweak anything. It's brand new and my DG family is the one that's going to kick it off. So it's part. Not only do I want you to do it, not only do I want you to win. Great stuff. If you're part of the DG family, help spread the word and let's change emotions, feeling and abundance one person at a time. Thanks.
