Hello. Hello. This Christmas Eve Eve, I just wanted to leave a little message here. I'll just ramble here for a second while we get people on live. How you doing today? This is. This is a crazy and fun and amazing and sometimes stressful time of year, but always amazing. And I want to talk today on this quick little surprise weekly wisdom on a Saturday about pretending. Could pretending be one of the hidden keys for success? What's up, B? How are you? Good morning. Good to see you guys. Okay, pretending. Well, I say pretending because it's just a simple word. But let's talk about visualization. Yeah, it's one of those things where everybody knows I should visualize my future. If I manifest it in advance, it'll come true easier. We have all these things that we know we've heard a million times. I'm not here to try to pretend that I'm going to miraculously share something with you that you've never heard before. What I want to do, Sorry. I'll try to make this camera not so shaky. I got my new iPhone X. It's a little heavier, holding sideways. I should have a tripod or something. But I just wanted to. This was off the cuff because this morning I just thought about some of the things that allowed me to be successful, allowed my businesses to thrive when everybody said they couldn't, allowed me to get through those hurdles that you just didn't think you could. And I realized that I've even been slacking on visualization. So let's just break it down and make it real simple today. Today I'll go as quick as I can. Merry Christmas, everybody. And those who don't celebrate Christmas, happy holidays. This is an amazing time of year. Christmas Eve Eve. It's awesome to have you guys here. Good to see what's up, Jay? What's up, Justin? What's up, Alby? Okay, we're talking about visualization, but let's just boil it down really simple. I don't want to make this over complicated. And your manifestation for the perfect life. Yeah, all that works. But let's just make visualization easy. This is the time of year you're getting ready to create some realistic goals in your life. You're going to create. You're going to set expectations for the new year, you're going to set intentions for the new year. But one of the secrets to that, one of the secrets that actually make it stick. Because goals that don't result in anything are just a dream. And dreams are great, but they kind of suck when you Go year after year and you're kind of in a hypnotic rhythm. So thank you, guys. Appreciate the likes, appreciate the shares. If you like this message as I'm offering it, share it up. Let's get it out there for Christmas Eve, even during this amazing holiday. So let's talk about from Nepal. Hey, what's up? Good morning. Good morning, Jenny. So let's talk about visualization. So what I'd love for you to think about is not just writing down a goal, but what if you wrote down goals when it comes up to the New Year's? Or you could start early like I do and actually think about it and pretend. I use the word pretend in the subject line or the header is because what if you pretended you were actually living it? Now, again, you've heard of manifestation, you've heard of visualization, but let's just use the simple word pretend so we actually do it. What if you just took the next couple days and five minutes a day, you looked at your goals and you pretended it was a year from now and you closed your eyes, and as hard as you could, as best as you could, you could visualize actually seeing it, right? So we know this. Listen, we know this with sports. You know, they say Michael Jordan visualized that he'd made 10,000 foul shots when he was just sitting in bed when just thinking about it. We know athletes who visualize themselves getting a GO gold medal at the Olympics when they were five years old. We know baseball players that were visualizing signing baseball cards for other kids when they were 10 and 11 years old. Visualization allows you subconscious to be prepared for the success that you're going to achieve. If we visualize, if we think too much on what could go wrong, how it could never work, that you weren't dealt the right hand, that the economy's not right, that the president's not right, that your wife or your husband doesn't support you, that it's the wrong time of year, the wrong part of life, that I'm not. I'm too old, I'm too young, I'm not rich enough. I'm not smart enough. If you visualize that, that's exactly what you get. You know that, right? So what I want to share today, these two things about visualization and pretending is if you're going to write goals, take two times a day, five minutes a day, ten times a day. And as hard as it is, sometimes when you're going through stress, sometimes when you're worried, sometimes when life's not going the direction you want? It's like I can't even picture my life that way. The hell would that. Screw that. Force yourself to visualize. Close your eyes and think. It's a year from now. What does it look like to be at my ideal weight? What does it look like or feel like? What does the house look like? What does my car look like? What do I look like when I look in the mirror? When I'm making the money I want to make, When I started my own business, when I'm not dealing with a crazy boss anymore, when my wife got to retire, my kids have money stashed away, I put money in my retirement account. Visualize and pretend your brain doesn't know the difference again. Everything I'm sharing with you, you guys already know. I just want to be your reminder service. Your brain doesn't know the difference of when you're actually doing it or when you're thinking. Your body, your psychology, your physiology, when you feel it, when you pretend, your body thinks it happens. So what's it do? Your success leaves clues. And your subconscious, which is significantly smarter than your conscious mind, starts looking for a way to solve it, to make it a consistent reality. Does that make sense? So I want you to take pretending to another level. So whenever you write your goals, if you're writing now, if you like this message, hit some likes, hit some shares right now. But if you're going to write down some goals a couple times a day, take a few moments, you're worth the time, and visualize it already happening. It's five years down the road, a year down the road, and you're just living in that moment. But here's something I want you to try. What if you took a day next week, in the next two weeks, and pretended one day that one of your goals had already happened? Not just visualizing it, but feeling it for a day. Give your body the excuse that you found the love of your life. You fixed the relationship that's not working. You got the check, you cashed a hundred thousand dollar check. You cashed the million dollar check. Your business is booming and you don't even have to tell anybody. Just what would it feel like to walk around right now? Let's just say if you'd like to make more money in your life, click, put a Y and hit a reply right now. Hit yes. Or just think about if you'd like to make more money now. We always think about it. We always say it'd be nice. And we. But what if you just took a day next week and said, somebody just gave me a million dollar check. How would I act today if I had a million dollar check? How would you act? And what about just having a day like that, pretending it existed? You have to tell anybody because they'll think you're crazy in a lot of cases. I get that. But what about walking around? How would you feel? How would you act? How would you greet people? How would you shake people's hands? How would you want to help the needy? How would you want to, you know, take care of your family? How would you look in the eyes of your wife? How would you look in the eyes of your husband? How would you be around your children if there was literally a million dollars in the bank? Why not let your body feel that? Why not pretend you would be a completely different person for that moment? Nothing in life is real. Everything is our thoughts. None of this is real. Not our surroundings, not what we say when. Because I'm saying something right now that's hitting everybody who's watching in a completely different way. It's based 100% on your thoughts. So if you allow yourself to pretend for a day that that money's in the bank and you see the way act, here's what my guess is. You're going to like that version of yourself and so is your subconscious, and so is the people around you, and so is the universe, and so is God or whatever you believe in. And all of a sudden the path to get to that money opens up. It's not locked behind a closed door pretending. The simple word is so powerful. And again, I'm sharing this today because I realized what allowed me to achieved so much in my life was thinking of it in advance, manifesting it, visualizing, pretending, whatever you call it. And sometimes I forget. Sometimes I'll do it amazingly in my business life and forget to do it in my personal life or vice versa. So a lot of times I'm here just sharing with you because that's a good reminder service for myself. So what do we take away from today on this Christmas Eve Eve is pretending isn't a bad thing. In fact, remember as kids how much you pretended and how joyful it was and how it felt so great. Why not pretend now? Did life kick our asses too much that we can't pretend anymore? Did life make us realists? We need to stay real. We need to, you know, set realistic goals. And don't try to. Don't try to overstretch now. Screw that. Screw that. On this eve of Christmas Eve, I want you to Think about pretending. Visualizing where? What your life would feel like. What would you look like in the mirror? What would it be like? And take a day next week and just pretend all day. Even if it's in your own mind, in your own heart, your own soul, Give yourself a break. You've been beating yourself up for years. In so many cases, you've been telling yourself you're not there quick enough. You thought your life would be further ahead. You wish things would be better. Yes, you're right, Kevin. A visual board. If you can't, you don't have great visual skills. You know, only about 25% of people can visualize in color. Like visualize. Exactly. The rest of us have to, you know, write it down. What about pictures? What about taking a picture of your family or what it would be like? Or the house you want, or the car you want, or the. The body you want. The life you want, the joy you want, the happiness you want. Just look at it non stop. Look at your goals more often. Visualize more often. Pretend. Live that experience. All right, that's my quick little message. Today I'm going to run off and do some grocery shopping because I'm going to cook some Italian food. Tomorrow. Liberia, you know what I'm talking about. They're going to do a lot of fish and typical Italian stuff. I'm having my mom over for Christmas. Christmas. For the first time in a long time. I just moved her closer to me. She lived in Virginia. I live in Phoenix on complete different sides of the country. But I just moved her here and I'm really excited. So we're gonna cook all day tomorrow, maybe listen to a little Frank Sinatra. That's what my grandmother used to do, so why not keep those traditions? Guys, I appreciate all of you. For those of you that celebrate Christmas, Merry Christmas and, and to everyone else, happy holidays. And I hope this isn't a incredible time in your life. I know this is a time in life when it could be scary, it could be sad, it could be depressed. I fight crazy emotions this time of year, too. But we're here. 150,000 people die every day. We woke up today. We're here. Joanne, Adam, Debbie, Gina. What's up, Gina? Hi, hon. Everybody who's here, we're here today. And we get to make a fresh new start. We get to design our life. We get to decide what thoughts flow through our mind. And we get to pretend and visualize what the hell we want. And the more we can pretend, the more we can visualize, the more we are destined to stay on that path to that next level. We want to get to our deathbed when we're a hundred years old and look back and say, played well, sir. Played well. Not regrets and wondering why. And I should have. And I could have. No. How about just simply saying, played well. All right, you guys have an amazing, amazing weekend wherever you are in the world. Merry Christmas. We'll definitely talk here before the new Year.
