Weekly Wisdom - Creating The Life You Crave!

Dean Graziosi breaks down an A/B/C framework: A is what drains you, B is neutral, C is what energizes you and plays to your unique ability. Cut the A-items through elimination, delegation, or automation so you spend more time in C. Quarterly reviews help you shift the percentages.

It's a little dark here. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning From Laguna beach here with a weekly wisdom number 446. And I'm just waiting for people to come on. But today I want to talk about something pretty simple. I want to talk about how you can reach that level of life you desire. What are three things you can do right now? Three simple steps, I should say to help you stop thinking about that next level of life and start actually achieving it. Right? We all want that next level. Good morning. I see people coming on right now. Good morning. Good morning. I'm in beautiful Southern California. Love it here. And today on my heart, I want to share something that maybe you've heard before, maybe you've thought about before, but you don't realize that it is truly the secret to what most people want and crave, but they can't find it. Right? So just killing a little time here until we get people on. Pleasure to have you here. Good morning. I love the thumbs up and the likes. I want to talk about what you can do to make this week, this next month, the next quarter of your life, the next year of your life massively productive in a simple way. You see, sometimes in life we get in a hypnotic rhythm, a routine of doing things in our life that we shouldn't be doing. Now I want you to really think about this. This is kind of the foundation of my dear friend Dan Sullivan, strategic coach. He's been teaching entrepreneurs and people to go to another level for over 50 years. He's one of the smartest guys I know. He puts a process behind everything that he does. And his main course, main focus of a 50 million dollar plus business of helping change lives are these three fundamentals. If you picture it, I wish I had a whiteboard today. I don't. I'm getting ready to go to the gym. Got a little late start. But this was on my heart is right now. You are doing things in your life that are. Let's just think of it as letter A. And if you had a big circle, a part of that circle. So visualize that for me. If you have a big circle, there's A, B and C. And the circle is broken up into three parts. Let's talk about A. A are things that you are doing right now that irritate you. I don't know. There's. There's relationships, there's projects, there's people, there's. There's, you know, just routines that you do that literally irritate you, don't make you feel good. There's, there's friends you go hang out with because you feel you've been obligated for years to do it. Good morning, Liberio. Good seeing you yesterday, man. I got a great group of people in my office in Phoenix, Arizona right now learning how to go to the moon, and Liberio is one of them. Connie, good to have you here. So think about this. I taught this yesterday at this class. There are things you're doing that literally irritate you, that literally, you know you shouldn't be doing. When you do them, you're like, ah. When the people you hang around like ah. And think about life, think about at the end of our life. And I'm not trying to be morbid here, I'm trying to make an impact. Think about the end of our life. Are we going to say, I'm so glad I spent time with those people who don't inspire me, who don't like me the way I like them, or don't bring me up? Or people who always talk about what's wrong with my life. The people who question me, the people who doubt me, the people who say I can't, the people who want to talk about what's wrong with the world. The people who want to talk about conspiracies and just things that drain my energy. There's two types of people in this world. There's battery chargers and there's battery drainers, right? Think about that. Are you hanging around people who drain your energy? Secondly, are you doing activities that drain you Today I just got to do that. It's just I have to get that done. I don't want to do it, but I'll just do it. I'm obligated to do xyz. Or are you working on projects in your business or your office that could be delegated or someone else does it and I'll talk about that. In the end, I want you to think about, like, literally make a list of things. And I like to use the word irritating. I got that from Dan Sullivan. Because when you say irritating, it really, it's a great English word because you know what irritates you. So raise your hands. Share. Are you doing things on a daily, weekly, monthly basis that irritate you, that take away your energy, take away your enthusiasm, take away your exciting be around people who drain your batteries when you have so much more life to give? Just think at the end of our life, we want to be like an orange that you squeeze every bit of juice out of. You don't want Stuff left because you are wasting time with the wrong people, the wrong projects, the wrong things. So that's A, the irritating category. Now thanks for all the likes and guys. I appreciate it. Now let's go to category B. That's the things you're okay at. You just do them. Maybe it's routine things. Maybe in your business and your life, it's kind of a rhythm. You know, you used to like them, but they're okay. They don't jazz you up, but they don't make you sad, they don't make you irritated. And you get used to doing those. And they go on, that's okay. And you hover through life. So think about those two categories. Irritating, take away your energy, make you feel bad, don't like doing it. B is okay, you're used to doing them and you get through it. And C, C are the things that fascinate you. C are the things that you are enthusiastic about. They light you up. There are things you want to do all the time in your life and you wish you could spend your whole life in it. Well, that is the business that is Strategic coach model Strategic coach Dan Sullivan says my best clients are slow learners with deep pockets. Think about that. And over time, what Dan Sullivan wants you to do is eliminate 100% of the things that are in the C category that irritate you, that rob your energy, rob your life. Do even less of the things that are okay. And then what he calls CA or he calls C, the ones that fascinate you, excite you, and light you up is your unique ability. And that's the things we're meant to be. That's the God given talent we've done. That's the things that we do. We can do more in an hour than someone else could do in 5 hours, 10 hours, or even a whole week. And think about that as we evolve. What Dan used to make us do is write a percentage in your life right now, if I explain this right, without a whiteboard. If you had the A, B and C category. A, frustrating, annoying, lame, B, it's okay, I should do it. And C is light me up. Enthusiastic. If you had those three and you had to put a percentage where you live, do you live mostly in the A, the annoying, frustrating, lame, take away your energy. Does you know, is there a 50%? You live in a 40%, do you live in B, that things are okay, I can get by. And is C only got 10% of your time? And what I'm going to encourage you to do what Dan Sullivan does for us every quarter is I'm going to encourage you to start eliminating those things that are frustrating. And here's the three things to think about in the frustrating irritating category. Can you stop doing it? B1 1. Can you stop doing it? Can you eliminate it in your life? Can you stop hanging around with those certain friends? Can you stop doing the project that's annoying? Can you stop doing the things that you could have a friend or a relative do or. Or pay a virtual assistant to do? C. Secondly, can you eliminate it? Secondly, can you delegate it? Can you get someone else to do it? And the third part is, can you automate it? Could you get somebody who's under 20 years old who understands the Internet so much and share everything you do and how you can get your bill pay your emails, processes, alarms? How could you get it all automated? Because here's what I know. In life, guys, we all only have 24 hours in a day. And we got to maximize every moment of that for the things that will light you up. The things spending time with your kids, spending time with your husband, your wife, your family, taking your business, registering the URL, getting the real estate deal done, starting your new business. Time is not just going to open up for us. So what we have to do is go through this and get rid of the crap that irritates you. Get rid of the crap that doesn't serve you. God, the bigger future, your next level of life, more money, more, more happiness, more joy. Start eliminating, delegating, or automating that stuff. And then all of a sudden, time opens up in your life all of a sudden. And the cool part is it's not just squeezing time, it's not just time management. The stuff that doesn't serve you is falling off the list. And the stuff that does, the stuff that empowers your unique ability is getting more attention. Guys, if you like this, like it and share it, get this message out to everybody. I hope I was able to share this in a way without a whiteboard. On a whiteboard, I can go nuts on this. You the A, B and C to show you that you are in a hypnotic rhythm. And so am I. I do this every quarter of my life of eliminating the stuff that just doesn't serve me, it doesn't light me up. Because here's what I know. When you live in your unique ability, when you're on fire, when you're enjoying what you're doing, you are working like five people at hyper speed. And it doesn't even feel like it you're in flow. There's a great book about being in flow. It's really just living in that God giving unique ability that you have. And then guess what? When you spend more time in it, you get better at it. And what you realize is when you live in your unique ability and you spend the time in it and you master it, you go from good to great that you'll be able to pay people to do the things that are irritating. And remember this, things that irritate you, things that aren't fun to you are wonderful to someone else. I hate bookkeeping. My bookkeeper loves doing my books. I don't even look at Excel spreadsheets. They drive me nuts. They overwhelm me. But for her, she loves it. So remember, as you evolve, eliminate the things that are irritating. Eventually get rid of the things that are okay. Try to live in unique ability and watch your life soar. I hope that message came across okay this morning. I'm gonna go get a little workout here, maybe run along the beach. I feel blessed to be here in Southern California. I appreciate you guys. Thanks for being here for a weekly wisdom. But just remember, life. You know, I'm blessed to have a lot of friends a lot older than me. And all of them feel the same way. A lot of them had so much massive success in their life. A lot of them have changed the world. But when I talk to them, they all say the same thing. We have regrets on two things. The things we didn't go after and the things we did that we shouldn't have. So think about that. That's one of the biggest regrets. I wish I wouldn't have spent time with those people that robbed my. I wish I wouldn't have spent time on that project or in that job or being negative or feeling fearful. What, what do you. Can you fast forward your life and look backwards and say, what will I regret? And kill it now? And then that time opens up and then what were the things that I will regret not doing in my life and go after them now, 150,000 people die every day. And I know some of you are going through tough times, but you're here right now. Squeeze every bit of juice out of this life. You deserve it. We have one shot at this. Why are we going to waste it? This is great lessons for me as I talk to you. I feel the same way in my own life. Let's start getting rid of the stuff that doesn't serve us and start doing the things that will light us up. So at the end, we could say I, I don't regret anything and I did all I could. And we leave a legacy for our family, a legacy for our kids, our grandchildren, and at least an example of someone who lived life on purpose rather than letting life lead us, let lead it.
