What ALL Millionaires Have in Common (Must Watch)

Dean Graziosi delivers a motivational talk for aspiring real estate investors, arguing that there is no single external common denominator among successful students (income, education, race, or location). Instead, he emphasizes an internal commonality: successful people change the limiting stories they tell themselves, shut out negativity, protect their confidence, find their why, and persist through setbacks. The clip closes with a call-to-action to watch related videos.

And I want to tell you there's not one common denominator between my successful students and the ones that aren't. Except a few things. When I say there's no common denominator, it means it doesn't matter. And I've been blessed. I think I have more successful real estate students than anyone on the planet. Be a real estate millionaire. My book of 10 years ago sold a million copies. I don't think any other real estate book to date has ever sold a million copies. We have tens, we have thousands and thousands of videos of people's lives been changed with real estate and doing deal after deal. So I've been blessed to get that. But I've also been blessed to people that I know have all the capabilities and they fall back into old routines. And I just want to tell you that there really isn't. I mean, I try to put myself in your shoes. I never want to forget what it felt like when I wanted more and I didn't achieve it yet. So sometimes when you're in a room like this, you look to the left of you or look to the right of you and you go, wow, these guys look like they have it going on. They're gonna crush it. I'm not sure I'm gonna do this or, man, she looks like she's on fire. My wife's not really supportive of me. I hope I can start this. Or, man, I don't really have the money to do this. I hope I can figure it out or my area's moving too quick and maybe Matt's in the Midwest. It's easy in the Midwest. I live in New York. It's hard. Like, we come up with all these things that you look around, you start telling yourself shit stories. They're not true. They're not true. Remember I said. I hope. I said. I think I said earlier that the only thing standing between you and what you desire at this phase of your life is the story you tell yourself on how you can achieve it or how you can't. So I just want to tell you, as you look to the left of you, look to the right of you, I want you to look in the mirror and realize that I've been doing this for 20 years. And the people who win are the ones that find a way to change the story and just do it. I'd love to give you this really deep wisdom of this, you know, spiritual alignment and your chakras are aligned and everything. No, it's not. It's people who overcome the negativity who find a way to shut out the people that make them feel bad, that they keep their confidence high and don't do the things that ding their confidence. They don't listen to the naysayers, they find their why, and they don't give up when they hit a little bump in the road. There's no difference between my successful people that I've met through ever. They come from every background. No money, lots of money broker than broke, you know, eating peanut butter and jelly all the way to the head of Disney sales who, you know, Ali Savavi did a million bucks net his first year and quit his job as head of sales for Disney. I mean, I've had the whole spectrum, right? So there's no common denominator. Not income, not education, not race, not. Not place where you live. I have students in New York City and some that live in a town of 3,000 people. The common denominator is the people who change the story and go for it. What's up?
