Dean Graziosi asks what specific fear is holding you back from success. He names the usual ones: too old, too young, need money to make money, fear of looking stupid. The real cost isn't the fear itself. It's the regret of playing small.

What's the biggest fear you have or the story you have or the worry you have about going after that next level of you, that next level of success? Right? Because we all have one. We all have that story. We all have that belief. We all that thing that holds us back. Right? It's not the right time. I'm too old, I'm too young. You need money to make money. I look stupid if I try. And all of those things, that story, what that does, it dings your confidence a little. And then your confidence is dinged a little and that results in self doubt. Self, self doubt will reveal itself as imposter syndrome, or it's not the right time, or some story that I'll wait for the government to change the world, to change the economy. We all got that crap. So here's what I'd say today. What is that fear, that thought that holds you back? And is it really worth the energy you give it? Is it really worth the value you give it? Because at the end of your life when you look back and realize you played small because of that crappy little story, damn, you're gonna wish you could go do it over again.
