Dean Graziosi delivers a short motivational monologue urging viewers to stop filtering themselves across different social contexts (family, work, gym, social settings) and instead speak and act authentically. He argues that true fulfillment may require facing conflict and letting go of relationships that resist your authentic self, and issues a week-long challenge to "be you."

When is the last time you just spoke freely with no filters and were who you were in the moments that are a little difficult? Think about that so many times in life. We're one version of ourselves for our family, for our children, our husband or wife. We're another version when we're at our work or what we do for a living or another version maybe we're at the gym or at the bar, right? We are manipulating ourselves and what we say to avoid conflict, to fit in and all those other things. But what if you have the nerve to just be you say the things that are truly on your mind, say what you really feel become who you're meant to be and if those in your life that feel uncomfortable don't like it maybe they're not supposed to be in your life. Maybe facing that conflict is exactly what you need to feel full fulfillment and true success. I challenge you this week to be you.
