Dean Graziosi hired an 18-year-old in 2017 with no formal credentials. That person now manages $200,000 to $220,000 per week in Facebook ad spend. Graziosi argues grit and self-education matter more than degrees.

If you're a hustler and a self educator, I think there's no limits to what you can do. For example, right now I spend about 200, $220,000 a week on Facebook. He's 100% responsible for that spend completely.
He just had his 18th birthday.
Believe the global conversation of who to hire is changing. For example, in the last six months, I've hired eight to 10 kids. I say kids 22 and under. One was taking homeschool 12th grade. He never would have been looked at by any other company, but he'd been obsessing with personal growth, online marketing classes. One of the sharpest kids I had ever met. I hired him at 6, 2017. Right now I spend about 200, $220,000 a week on Facebook. He's 100% responsible for that spend completely. He just had his 18th birthday. Because I'm hiring based on values, based on their grit, based on their morals, based on where they want to go and their self education they did prior. I think if you have a passion that needs school, then you should do that. If school's not the choice, I don't think it's the old days where my guidance counselor told me to look for a factory job, that I could make maybe $48,000 a year someday if I didn't go to college. Those days are dead. We have a school system in some cases that's kind of modeled off the industrial revolution. We have bells and whistles. And you can't collaborate with people. I mean, if you collaborate, that's cheating. In the real world, if I don't collaborate with Ethan, my business dies, right?
Wow. Yeah. Swear to God, I'm with it. I don't see nobody in my lane is quite golden.
The best way I can put it is just I would tell myself to stop tripping, just being real, like straight up, and tell myself everything's gonna be okay. Because I think a lot of times, you know, we try to plan our life out so much. And I'll be honest with you, if my plan succeeded at 20, I wouldn't be doing this. I'll be doing something else. So with my faith, I realized that there's a higher calling and purpose for my life. And I would say, you know, everything that even seems bad is going to work together for your good. And so take it all perspective. It either can be your power or your prison. And so at that time, it was my prison. I was angry. Like I believe in the NFL, right? I thought my life was over, but really it took me losing all that to gain this. And so I would just tell myself, like, stop tripping. Everything's going to be all right.
Please don't be wasting my time with that business. Who you kidding, man? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Wow. Yes. Where to, God? I'm with it. I don't see nobody.
