The Last Mile of Sales AI: Intelligence in the Moment

In this presentation, Lee, founder of Even Realities, introduces the company’s mission to blend physical and digital experiences through human‑centered technology and unveils the Even G2, a lightweight, camera‑free smart eyewear designed to deliver heads‑up, real‑time sales intelligence. He outlines the current sales tech landscape, highlighting AI overload, a trust gap between buyers and sellers, and the lack of in‑moment assistance during conversations. The talk details how the Even G2 addresses these challenges across the meeting lifecycle: pre‑meeting prep notes and teleprompter, in‑meeting contextual cues, fact‑checking, real‑time translation in 35+ languages, and post‑meeting hands‑free transcription, AI‑generated summaries, and action items. Technical specifications (36 g, 2‑day battery, prescription‑ready) and privacy measures (camera‑free, end‑to‑end encryption, on‑prem or cloud storage, consent models) are explained. An open platform, Event Hub, and an upcoming enterprise SDK enable custom AI apps and integration with CRM or internal systems while maintaining compliance. Lee demonstrates live translation between German, English, and Chinese, and discusses broader applications for actors, keynote speakers, and other professionals. The session concludes with a call to action: a 30‑day trial for select participants, a survey link, and a reminder of a live demo at a scheduled time.
Chapters
So today I want to explore a simple idea. The next important layer of sales AI is not another dashboard. It is an interface that helps people better prepare, stay more present, and follow through with greater clarity. First of all, let me introduce our company and also the team. We founded in 2023, and our whole purpose is built on a tech-positive, human-centered belief that technology should stay out of the way and enhance your daily life. So our focus is, and also our company name, Even, is wanting to blend, integrating between the physical world and also digital world. That's why we call Even. And also we want to blend it, the tech technology part and also the eyewear part, the accessory part. So that's why we call Even. And also we want to explore human experience in the merge of the digital and physical realities. And also we are driven by the— ambition to make people really thrive and advance beyond their screens while still being connected. And also, that's why our team is like obsessed with the craftsmanship from the eyewear industry and also from the full-stack tech and user experience from the tech industry. A lot of founders from the tech is from Apple, from Samsung, from Philips, and also our co-founders from the eyewear industry, including Limber and also Makita, Essible Link. So let's cut to the direct topics. So right now, the sales stack, I think, is already overflowing with AI tools, but they overwhelm reps rather than empower them in the critical moment. As a lot of CROs right now are already at their right to invest in AI, adoption curve is no longer the question. The real question is where the next incremental value will come from. From the sales thinking and sales report, the sales organization are investing heavily in AI, which is 98% are planning investment. Yet 75% of the seller's week remain buried in the administrative and internal tasks. Meanwhile, 94% of the buyers are leveraging AI to do deep research before they even talk to the vendor. So more AI generates more data. But data alone does not translate to genuine attention, situational judgment, or buyer's trust. So the information right now is abundant, but the trust is scarce already and still. So buyers don't need another generic product pitch. They need an authentic, knowledgeable consultant. Because of product comparison and also specs are easy to generate with AI, human expertise has become the decisive differentiator. 86% of the buyers says the seller expertise drives the trust, but only 45% actually find the reps they encounter trustworthy. So this trust gap is precisely where deals are won or lost during live conversations. So I think a lot of people are already really familiar with all the AI tools, and also before the conversation, during the conversation, and after conversation. So currently the tools focus heavily on pre-meeting prep and also post-meeting logging, but abandoning the seller during the actual conversation. So before the meetings, AI help us draft brief and outreach. After meetings, AI helps us handle the CRM updates and also summaries. But in the high-stakes moments, the conversation itself, reps are stuck splitting attention between the client and also another laptop or tablet screen. The massive white space in sales tech right now is heads-up real-time context delivered without friction. So that's where we are meeting our company, the Even Realities. We are providing a new interface where context without distraction. So we built the Even G2. I'm actually wearing our glasses. It provides heads-up intelligence without interrupting human eye contact. Even G2 is the display-first smart eyewear interface designed specifically for high-stake meetings. The key facts and cues appear directly in my line of sight, eliminating the need to glance down at notes or look away from the buyer. So it— and also it is camera-free by design to maintain the complete trust, ultra-lightweight at 36 grams only, and also we are prescription ready and built with 2-day battery life for everyday wear without burden. What Even G2 offers is a continuous seamless workflow spanning the entire meeting lifecycle. So, so we are— I'm going to talk about like before, during, and after how we actually can help our users and also the sellers. So what more meetings actually preparation, for example, for when we actually going to a meeting, we definitely have a lot of the meeting minutes— sorry, meeting prep notes already there. So for us, like moving meeting preparation out of hidden docs and into the seller's active field of view. Reps can often, like, before the meeting, reps often spend hours prepping briefs they never end up looking at during the call. But with our conversational prep notes, it's a feature in our glasses, primary goals, essential customer figures, and discovery questions remain robotously visible. And also for structured product demos or formal pitches, the built-in voice control teleprompter like paces along naturally with the speaker's voice. During the conversation, reduce the cognitive burden of memorization so reps can focus listening and empathy. Conversate AI cues, what we— is another feature in our apps, surface contextual suggestions, fact-checking, and also relevant background the moment a customer brings up a specific topic or competitor. Real-time translation supports more than 35 languages for global sales team navigating cross-border deals. And after the conversation, that we definitely need to eliminate post-call administrative drift by generating immediate next steps. So we need to turn a good conversation into a clear action. So a great meeting loses value if follow-up is delayed or details got lost in translation. So our glasses have the, the conversational feature also help, help our users after the meeting. A lot of the transcription already generated they capture and transcribe the discussion hands-free. And also the AI summary automatically extracts customer commitment, open questions, and also agreed action items, so reps can send timely, accurate follow-ups within minutes. So through the 3 really important prep during the meeting and also after follow-up, it actually helped our users and also the reps like move talk fast and respond with more confidence. And also, the compound value starts with individual rep efficiency and skill across team culture and leadership. So for sellers, we can— the glasses can boost their confidence, cut down prep and screen switching time, and reduce cognitive fatigue. And also for the teams, we create constant call structures and dramatically accelerate follow-up turnaround by leveraging the best practice from the top sales. For our leadership, we provide a scalable method that embeds sales enablement directly into the live customer interaction rather than relying on post-call coaching alone. So the glasses, what we provide is the display in line of sight, and also leveraging the AI, leveraging the context, leveraging the prep notes, actually a lot of the fact-checking, a lot of the really difficult terms and also a lot of the suggestions when you're facing questions that will be surfaced in your line of sight. So that actually helps people really in the moment talking to your client and also with the AI prompt to help you solve a lot of the questions. And also apart from our built-in features, we also have the ecosystem that make it even more customized. Meanwhile, we are also providing apart from our open platform called Event Hub, it's as an open platform that's tailored to proper enterprise workflow. And also it serves as an open platform allowing enterprise to build, customize, and deploy internal Heads Up AI apps and agents. We are soon launching our enterprise SDK. So with, with the enterprise SDK, a lot of the data and also a lot of things that are also in your server, in your company server. So We integrate with our own built-in features and also the third-party apps. Actually, a lot of the sales-enabled AI things that actually can not only customize but also help more and also align more with your company's guidelines. Also, that being said, enterprise deployment demands really strict adherence to the privacy, compliance, and the social comfort. Our glasses is camera-free by design, So that avoids the privacy concerns and the social friction. And also the cross-storage and strictly user-controlled with end-to-end encrypted processing and automatic scrubbing of sensitive personal data. And also you can choose to store the data locally in your own phone device or in the cloud. Transcription follow transparent consent models aligned with enterprise compliance and also local regulations. We also launching, as I mentioned, the enterprise SDK soon. So you can integrate your customer insights, CRM or customer insights, some insights from your companies directly into the glasses. So all data are in your company. So what I said about glasses, about all the features that apart from the conversate, as I mean the most, saying most of the part, but we also have other features like the AI directly talking chatting bot and also the navigate and also teleprompter and also translation. So I'm here to offering a program that if anyone that interested in the glasses and also want to experience the glasses themselves, we can actually log in our virtual booth and we have a file that you can fill in. So we can choose from the participants that with, uh, of the 10 participants that we can actually choose and seed our glasses for you to try at least 30 days. So Actually, we want people actually, because it's a new category, and also when you actually experience that, you will see the difference. So a lot of the success signals as I listed here, definitely you can try that on yourself. And also I listed here some of the links you can better understand with the visual display and also with our UI/UX, how that interacts with the users, with the wearers. So that's all. So thank you all for the time, and also I think sales will always remain a deeply human discipline grounded in rapport and trust. And also, we deliver intelligence that stays out of the way by empowering reps to be present, informed, and persuasive in the moments that matter the most.
Wow, that was an amazing, eye-opening, literally eye-opening presentation. Michael, are you there?
Yes, I'm here. I'm wishing my glasses had that same functionality right now. Hey, Leah, quick question for you. So when a sales rep is on a virtual meeting or they're on a phone call, the glasses know to trigger the script or trigger the text behind the lenses and put it in the point of view. So it's detecting when they're engaged in a sales conversation.
Yeah, if, uh, If you are in the conversation or message or the voice call is coming, you can see whether that is important or not. If that is important, you probably need to find an excuse and take the call. But if that is not important, you can just miss that. It's okay. I think for us, a lot of the things that we provide to the users is letting them to know what's important, whether it's in the conversation, in person, in the present, or if there's some really important calls or important message you need to definitely respond really quickly. So that is what we have for our users.
Yeah, this could be as common as wearing a headset.
Yeah, headset's too heavy and too chunky. We need the AirWear for every day, right?
Yeah.
So Michael, I want to show you how amazing those glasses are. I'm going to Lee does not speak German. I speak German. She is in Berlin right now. So Lee, kannst du mir sagen, was du am liebsten hast in Berlin?
I you need to wait a minute. I need to turn my translate feature. Yeah, you can go now. Oh, you can go now.
All right.
So Lee, it made yeah, it made that translation in real time.
One minute. I turned that to Chinese German because. We are testing that in the in the event. Anyway, let me turn that quickly. So from German to yeah, yeah, we can go now. Sorry. Actually, I'm turning my translation feature on right now.
So so Lee, wie geht's dir heute? Was magst du am besten in Berlin?
I think the weather and also the building here. The food is not that good.
Du magst du keine Bratwurst?
A little bit. Sausage is a little bit.
Und gibt es Wiener Schnitzel in Berlin?
I'm not sure. I haven't tried any sausage yet. I'm Eating like pho and also sushi all the time. So, um, yeah, literally that, yeah, when I came to Berlin, before I came to Berlin, that we had a discussion with Naver. So they are all speaking Korean, we are all speaking English, but they have our glasses, so we are talking about 1 hour in the meeting. So literally that actually enabled a lot of cross-border language, like break the barrier of the language so people actually can actually engage with each other without interpreter. So it also saves money, right, to hire an interpreter.
So even reality glasses are not just used for sales work, but I heard that actors are using it and keynote speakers are using it. I heard from somebody that Steve Martin bought a pair of glasses in New York.
Yeah.
There's so much application for this beyond sales.
So much. Yes.
A professional actor learning their lines and being on set and especially going through early stage rehearsals would help so much.
Yeah, you can practice the lines before the meeting as well using the teleprompter. Yeah, there's a lot of ways to using the glasses and also you can build your own too with our— it's really easy to build up with our Event Hub SDK. You can let AI to build that for you, right? So you can actually integrate the display with the workflow together.
So for example, if you're giving a keynote speech, you can go for a walk and have the glasses feed you the information, and you can rehearse while you go for a walk.
Yeah, totally. And also you can use your Cloud Codecs as well. If you are going for a walk, you can still check your agent status, whether they perform better or you need to give another instruction.
That's awesome. So, um, I want the audience to know tomorrow at 1:20 PM Eastern Time, uh, you will see a real demo, uh, of Even Realities and learn more. But I also encourage you to, um, to, uh, click on the links. Um, Klaus just, uh, dropped a link where you can, um, Take a quick survey. We would love to have your opinions. So when you umbrella, click on the link that Klaus just dropped. Thank you so much, Lee. Alles Gute in Berlin, and I'll see you tomorrow.
See you tomorrow. Send me a picture, Lee.
See you.
