You might be seeing this after it happens, but, um, today we're talking about things you can do before the hot weather hits. Hopefully, hopefully you caught it before the hot weather's here, but if not, that's okay, we can go back, we can do it. But number one, first, first of all, summer is quickly approaching. As we shoot this now, we're days away from summer happening. Um, summer's quickly coming, temperatures about to soar, about to rise. Number 1, schedule a maintenance checkup. Schedule a maintenance checkup. Now here we offer a 6-month breakdown-free guarantee with our Summer Cool Spectacular. But whatever you do, have it clean, checked, and ready for the summer. That's number one. Our Summer Cool Spectacular is the 84-point check and cleaning of your outdoor coil as well. So we're going to give you a 6-month breakdown-free guarantee that The checklist is so good, I'm going to give you a breakdown-free guarantee. And the guarantee is, if your system does break this summer, we're going to take what you paid for that tune-up, we're going to put it towards the repair. So we're putting our money where our mouth is. Get your system checked and cleaned, make sure it's good to go before or after depending on when you're watching this, the summer hits. Before the summer hits, it's never really a bad time to do it. So the summer's already here and you haven't done it, it's always good to go and let's get it done. We're in the middle of summer, maybe get it done. We're at the end of summer, get it done. We're at the beginning of winter, get it either way. Get it done. Part of that maintenance is cleaning the condensing unit. The large metal box outside, outside your home, is the condensing unit. Dust, debris, other materials kind of accumulate on that condensing unit, that coil that's around that condenser, all year long. So it's causing it to function less efficiently than what it could. That's part of our summer coolants, where we do it, is cleaning the outdoor coil because it's been a long year. Things happen, things get on it. Um, also trees, bushes, uh, any plants growing around it, it needs to be cleared out. It needs to have the air to breathe for it to work properly. Number 3, change your air filters. Change your air filters. If this is the first thing you've heard or seen from us whatsoever, you have not heard me say this. If this is not the first thing, I've said it probably every time. Check and change your filter every month. Once a month, check or change your filter. At least change your filter every 3 months, but I will check it and change it every month, every single month. Inspect your ducts. Part of that summer cool I spoke about, part of our Culver Club agreement, part of our regular routine services. We check your duct system, make sure nothing has a gaping hole nothing is falling down, nothing is getting in your system. That could be a challenge. But before it gets hot, do those couple things. But it's always a good time to do all those things, even if you see this after it gets hot. Uh, but whatever you do, get a professional. A professional, not just anyone, a professional, to come to your home, clean, inspect your unit, and make sure you're good to go before the summer heat sets in.
