The excerpt is a short diarized transcript between two participants labeled SPEAKER A and SPEAKER B. They have an informal, operational morning exchange celebrating an award (franchise of the quarter for North America), noting a lack of licensed/local quality contractors in their county, and discussing bringing in companies from elsewhere and pricing. The tone and content suggest behind-the-scenes footage with an HVAC general manager discussing logistics and local service capacity.

Bird. Good work. Morning. Good morning. Good morning.
Our latest award franchise of the quarter. Pretty big deal all of North America. Around here in this county, there is nobody that's licensed or can do quality work. And I said, well, you might need to get some companies that are from somewhere.
Oh, I'm gonna get a minute. Get all the price to you.
I'll look at it.
Yeah.
Well, I figured what I was gonna do was.
