Make sure your thermostat is either set to auto or set to heat. Some thermostats don't have an auto function. They have a cool or heat mode. So if you want heat, make sure it's on heat. Otherwise leave it to auto and then set your temperatures for each one. But that's probably the most common problem this time of year is my thermostat is not working. And we get there. Explain to the customer, you have to be in heat mode or it has to be on for it to actually work. So save money, save the service call, check the thermostat, make sure you're good to go.
