Derek Cole says the HVAC contractor matters more than the equipment brand. Systems break down and need regular maintenance, so pick someone reliable and responsive you can actually trust.
It's not the brand name on the equipment. The most important thing is who installs it, and then who's going to take care of you, who's going to service it, because it is a machine. It needs maintenance. It is going to break. Who's going to respond when that happens? Who's going to be at your driveway, at your front door when you need them the most? It's not going to be the brand. The brand's not gonna be showing up, it's gonna be a contractor. Who do you trust? Who's going to do the best job at servicing you, the customer, and the equipment? So lay off a brand.
