A short YouTube repair tutorial (by Derek Cole) diagnosing a clogged condenser coil on an air conditioner. The speaker notes the condenser coil is completely clogged, causing warmer discharge temperatures, higher compressor amp draw, and accelerated failure of dual capacitors; the video appears to demonstrate diagnosis and (likely) cleaning/repair steps.
If you notice that this cooler on this backside is completely clogged. And if you remember me telling you earlier, the discharge is a little warmer than what it need to be, you know, with the ambient temperature the way it is outside this morning. And if we look right here and it's condenser cool, that thing is completely clogged. And that'll cause high amp draws on our compressor, cause dual capacitors to go out sooner than what they need to be.
