What's up guys? Hey, yesterday I did a quick video on Facebook, Facebook advertising for some of my business contacts. So check out some of that. Hey guys, Derek Cole here. The main problem we see any season is dirt. Hey, what's up guys? I told you I would bring you some information every now and then when I have it. So you know how important I think Facebook is. To your business. One thing you can do in Facebook that you might not know is you can create a lead form in Facebook. So come over here, I'll show you the lead form. Let me show you this. It's better to show on Instagram because it's easier to see. So you can create an ad in Facebook, right? You can create that, and then you can also bring it over to Instagram, but when you create the ad, you can make a signup form so they can hit sign up in Instagram or Facebook. You see that? All right. So here's your lead form. This is what it looks like in Instagram and Facebook. You see that? Facebook knows I read it. So when you build a lookalike audience, it's someone like me, my age, my likes, my income. It knows that. So someone's gonna be like me in the same area, who's a home renter. I don't— she never sees my ass because I don't want to talk to her because she's not making a decision. Yvonne owns her home. She's making a decision. I want to talk to her. Not Lynn. And with the newspaper ad, not saying, you know, those are bad. I think they're kind of overpriced, but, you know, with Lynn seeing that newspaper ad, it's not helping me out.
