Good morning, good morning. It's 7 o'clock and cold. Yes, it's gonna be a long day. Yesterday I tried to— I know I filmed the beginning of the day, but I had so many meetings that I kind of forgot to keep going. So today will be better. Hey guys, Derek Cole here. The main problem we see any season is dirt. That's what I'm holding out for. If they're going to streamline to make sure we're all on the right accounting system, let's streamline everything one time and get it done.

Well, I'm gonna hook it up. I cleaned both of them ones. They want nothing. They weren't even dirty from yesterday. I just cleaned them again, and I'm gonna try it here at the shop and see if it does anything. If it don't, then I'm gonna call them because they might have to— it might have to be running for them to fix it.
They're gonna probably have to dial in.
I called them this morning at 8, and I didn't get nothing. They said technical support wasn't available.
No, they're on Central time, so call them in about 5 minutes. Yeah. 10 minutes.

So I told him, I said I'd be happy to send a technician to give him all the information he needs, his options, um, because he said they haven't had heat in a while, but I'm assuming they've had air conditioning. So I didn't know if maybe they wanted to look at—
they had a furnace or—
yeah, heat pump.

He's got all the information on it. He's the one that dealt with the guy.
I tell him too, it always depends on your house. You won't— I mean, if you're— if you don't care about energy Bottom line, you want to leave the house in 2 years? Let's do that. Let's move on. If you want to stay there for the next 20 years and you want to be comfortable, well then you might look at higher efficiency and some more bells and whistles because you're gonna take advantage of them.
