What's up? What's up? Hey, right, right quick, I just wanted to talk about a few things. Make sure at the end of the day, because dispatch might be dealing with multiple technicians, before you leave, make sure you get some communication back from them saying, okay, last call, you know what I mean? Uh, we just got— that's only one little situation, but I don't want to be 10 situations where a customer gets upset for us not doing a second opinion fast enough. All right, thanks. It's only 30 minutes. Quick tip one: communicate, communicate, communicate, communicate, communicate, communicate, communi— Communicate. Give me over and over and over and over. The problem you have in your relationship, communication. The problem you have at work, communication. The problem you have with clients, communication. If everybody communicates the expectations, what's happening, the progress, the process Everybody's fine. The, the problem is no communication. You start drawing these conclusions in your mind of worst-case scenarios which may or may not be true because no one's talking to you about the process of what's happening. So take the gray area out and communicate.
Cuz normally these train units, they have everything just wired wire nutted together when it comes to the main power and the— even the thermostat one. Yep, and everything's just wired. Oh yeah, yep, it said in the notes that we got to change out that wire. Because it's all— it's been all wire nutted together all the way to the thermostat, which now that I'm looking at it, that's the one to the unit. That's not the one to the thermostat. The one to the thermostat looks like it's fine. I have to double-check and see all the way through, but it looks like it's just fine. You've been doing a lot of installs, right, Mickey? Perfect. Now we should be able to just slide it over. Hey Derek, um, the customer here, they have a Federal Pacific panel, like main panel inside the house. Um, is there any way we could have an electrician come out and talk to them about replacing it?
Difficult unless it's like a pattern, like, yeah, every Monday, every Tuesday, but there would you be there Monday? All right, that is Monday morning. Getting everybody out after meeting is all. Get to work, serve some customers, make things happen. See that?
Okay. 0.55 of an ounce. So we should only add 8 ounces, 8.25 ounces. Yeah. I think that'll be perfect right there. It wasn't going to be I don't know.
If I was, if I was able to solve that problem for you and you wouldn't pay into the spring, is that something that's important to you?
Okay.
Yeah. All right, good luck. Thank you, sir. Yeah, I mean, people are People are not, uh, having us to the home. They're not meeting with us for the help. They are trying to solve a problem. We just need to get better at providing those solutions to solve that problem. Otherwise, we're just consulting all day, which doesn't help anybody and doesn't help them get more comfortable. That's what we're here to do. We just gotta reframe, ask the right questions, and move on. Why the phone calling?
Why you calling?
