The Truth! #shorts" (created 2025-12-19) containing a single-speaker instructional clip about HVAC operation in cold/extreme temperatures. The speaker advises users not to turn off their units in cold weather, to set the thermostat to a comfortable temperature, and reassures that the system is designed for extreme conditions.

Narrow systems are designed to operate in extreme weather. I've gotten the comment before. Hey, it feels like my unit is working hard. Should I turn my unit off? Because it's pretty cold outside and I don't want it to overwork. No, just operate the system the way you operate the system. The system is made for extreme temperatures, so don't worry about running the unit. Set the thermostat to a temperature you're comfortable at. The unit will do its job.
