When that dirt and dust bypass the filter, it can build up on that coal, on the blow wheel, on that motor, and it's having to work harder to overcome the buildup. As the components work harder, they fail faster, right? So the air filter is very, very important. You should be checking your filter every month. At least once a month, you need to be checking your filter. And this time of year, where it's hot outside and it's running a lot, every week or two, I would give it a look, check it to make sure you're in a good spot, because it's, again, something you can control. You can control your air filter.
