They said the first hour of that movie was— they said, boy, the first hour I was sitting there at the radio, said the first hour in the movie I was sitting there and I was like, why'd I come watch this movie? This is the boringest movie I ever seen. He said there was too much going back to Germany or whatever it was, trying to build up and tell the story. And then he said, then all of a sudden here comes Spider-Man and Ant-Man, he said, and the movie got fun then. He said it was fun from there on out. Did you see Ant-Man?

Be a team and let it be the team's responsibility to take action when you see something go down, when you see something that's not safe, when you see something that's out of the way, when you see somebody doing something that they shouldn't be doing. Instead of saying it wasn't me after something has happened, be it was me telling them, hey, let's not do that, or be it was me to pick it up and throw it in the trash, be it was me that comes in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon before you go home and see everything in here is messed up or needs to be put up and take the time to do that.
What they've done is consolidated us as a group. We got big enough. Before, our size was you had to be individually based on your age. Now we'll have a true group where everybody is treated the same age-wise. So for most of you, your rates are either going to stay the same or go down with better benefits. For a few of you younger people, you'll have better benefits, but your weekly premium would go up.
