Is the Happy Heat still open? The newest radio spot and the #podcast has been exploding!

Hey, what's up everyone? Derek Cole here with Simmons One Hour Heating and Air. Um, usually I come from you from outside, but, uh, it's chilly, it's cold, so I'm inside. Uh, today, uh, I just wanted to say thank you for— we've gotten a lot of no heat calls, happy heat calls, so thank you so much for, uh for that, for, for trusting us in your homes. We take it very, very seriously, uh, that you would invite us into your world. Um, it's a big deal. Uh, actually, I had a thought, um, the last couple days of, you know, do we have to pull down the Happy Restoration, um, offer Do we have to pull that down? Because there's always a, there's always a balance of, you know, having to responsibly, you know, respond to demand calls, taking care of club members, but also doing the restoration and the restorations that come in. So ultimately, it's still open. The offer is still open. Back in the spring, we had to take it down because of demand calls. Um, and demand calls, uh, my unit's not working, it's got no cooling, it's got no heat. Uh, that's what we call demand calls. So when I say demand calls, that's what we're talking about.
