Short promotional/informational monologue (single speaker, Derek Cole) advising homeowners that dirt is the primary threat to HVAC systems and recommending duct sealing—specifically the patented AeroSeal computer-driven pressurization method—to stop duct leaks (speaker cites: “Studies show 95% of homes have at least 25% of air being lost to leaky duct systems”). Benefits emphasized are reduced energy loss and improved indoor air quality by preventing attic/crawlspace air from entering the living space.

The number one killer of your heating and air system is dirt. So how do I keep the dirt out? How do I keep the dust away from my system? Well, you could do regular maintenance, but you can also pair that with duct sealing. Most of the problem is coming through your duct system. Studies show 95% of homes have at least 25% of air being lost to leaky duct systems. How can you fix it? Duct sealing with aero seal. It's a patented process that uses a computer and seals it by using pressure in the duct. A human cannot seal all the places the air flows, but a computer can't do it. You want to seal your ducts, save energy on, but more importantly, breathe cleaner air, because now you're stealing that system, the attic, the crawl space. That air is not coming into your system, therefore, coming into your house.
