I just got done walking my two miles this morning. On Saturday, it's cold. It's nasty. The easy thing to do would have been to stay inside, stay in the comfort, stay in bed. But if you're comfortable, you're not making progress. Comfort is the enemy of progress. If you are comfortable, you're in the wrong room doing the wrong thing. I have a mess. I'm probably slurred. I know I'm a little dizzy because I'm tired. But I wanted to shoot this video today, right now, because it's not perfect. There is not perfection. I don't look great. I've had my beanie on to protect my ears from the cold weather. I'm sure I don't look fantastic, but in the past, that's been the excuse to not shoot a video or publish a video.
