When you call into the office and have trouble, the nice women in the call center will give you options on time windows. A one hour time window, hence the name, a two hour time window or an all day window, depending on which one works better for you. So if you want us there between two and four, that works better for you, then we'll be there. Now, if for some reason we missed that appointment and we show up at 4:02 on the 2 to 4 window, then you do not pay for the repair. So in seven years now, we have missed four windows. So it doesn't happen very often, but it does happen. So maybe you get it for repair, but in all likelihood we will be there on time. And that's their tagline. Always on time or you don't pay a dime is what it means.
