All right, okay, so, uh, came out to this unit. They were having a problem. It's brand new, uh, they didn't have any heat. The— it's a pretty common problem, but this was the problem right here. This wire for the pressure switch, it, uh, it broke off. There's a little wire that connects in there, but I got them taken care of. Right now I'm just checking to see if I'm getting a call for the heat pump because the heat strips aren't on, the heat pump's not on, but it's set to heat on the thermostat. So I want to see if the thermostat's actually calling out here to the unit, but I had already checked for high voltage and I'm getting high voltage on both sides. I got a call. I'm getting a call, so now I'm going to check pressure switches to see if I'm— if these are closed, because these are in between here and the contactor. And this pressure switch is open, so that means that that pressure switch is not Yeah, that's telling me that it's supposed to be closed, but it's open. This wire right here. This is a pretty common problem. I carry these little things with me specifically for it. The switch itself is probably closed. Every winter I get one of these calls. It's pretty common. I don't know exactly why, but I'm pretty sure it's just because it gets cold and the connection just falls out or breaks inside. But this unit's under warranty, so that's inside of the box. Now I just got to make make sure everything's working good. Mentioning ice, so I want to check the defrost on it. Let's do that. I pull these pins off right here, put this pin on test. Testing Frost, but that's working. Just got to make sure your capacitor is good. That's good. Unit's brand new, so I hope it That's good. Oh, that's perfect. Okay, but they're all good. I already did my safety check. I just gotta check temperature splits in the house, but everything checked out good out here at least.
